A great characterful little bolt hole if you are passing through or visiting Orleans. Would love to stay in the summer and sit on the veranda with a glass of wine, but cosy in the winter too. Definitely not suitable for people with restricted mobility as there is a steepish path to the chalet and ships ladder to the mezzanine bed. Great to be able to get the tram so easily into the city centre and lovely of Anne and Fred to leave some brioche, jam and coffee for breakfast that was in unexpected. Thank you, I hope to be back soon .

Without doubt one of the best studios I have had the opportunity to rent via this platform. The space is modern, cozy and very tastefully decorated. The bed is also particularly comfortable. The studio has clearly been renovated recently and it shows because the space is very well designed, with a few very practical touches. Marion and Jérôme are kind, easy to talk to and very communicative. The location of the apartment is perfect, right in the city center, with a rather nice view on the bridge. I highly recommend a rental with them if you are passing through Orleans.

We stayed as a couple at Marion's place and it was perfect for a short stay! It was beautifully decorated and a comfortable space for 2 people - with everything you need. Very centrally located and only 15 min walk from the train station. Marion and Jerôme were good hosts who reply quickly.

The studio of Francis and Agnes is tiny, but very luxurious. It has everything you need. The location is great, only a 20 minute bike ride to Orléans via the Loire. We had to cut our stay one day short because I wasn’t feeling so well, and Francis was kind enough to compensate with the cleaning costs.

A big thank you to Agnès and Francis for their welcome. Everything was perfect. The place is beautiful and the accommodation is ideally placed (near the Loire and some 6 km from Orléans, by bike). We can only recommend this address, where we will not miss, my wife and I, to stop again if the opportunity arises.

Very clean studio, very comfortable sofa bed. It was very nice to have a studio for ourselves, with bathroom and kitchen. There was even a large TV facing the sofa, ideal for a quiet evening after a day of sightseeing. The area is quiet, and very close to Orleans. We will most likely return.

The flat is a 10-minute walk from the station in a quiet road, very close to all of he sights of Orléans on the top floor, 40 steps. As I knew I would be staying in this attic flat in a heatwave up to 34deg, I requested a fan in advance and it was provided. All the facilities were good and the flat was very clean. The kitchen had tea and coffee provided. For most of the time it was very quiet. I didn’t meet the hosts, a relative let me in, but they were helpful when I messaged. Very good value.
