Brand new granny flat. A perfect home base while visiting the family or the local attractions. Stradbroke Island with deserted crystal clear surfing beaches and beautiful white sand. Plenty of parks and play areas for the children. Natural environmental reserves. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping centres. 30min- Brisbane airport 10 min - Cleveland Hospital. 20 min- Sirromet winery. 10 min - Stradbroke ferry. 15 min - Sleeman Sports
My aim has been to provide the best comfortable stay at a very reasonable price. Both bedrooms have queen size beds with plenty of hanging space. The bathroom is larger than normal. Fresh towels and linen is suppĺied. The food preparation area is in a real kitchen. Fully fitted out with pots, pans, glasses, cups, plates and a gas stove for cooking. A decent size fridge and front load washing machine is included. Fully air conditioned.
Directly across the road are large gum trees where Koala's can be seen occasionally during mating season. There is a large park 5 min down the road where you can fish, have a bbq and a play gym for the kids. The neighbourhood is very quite and relaxing.

It is very close to a shopping centre with an extensive selection of coffee shops and the nearby Cleveland Sands Hotel had great meals. The inclusion of a washing machine was an added bonus for our extended stay.

    The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic cook-top, stainless steel oven and a microwave. The kitchen/dining area also has access to the courtyard. There is a washing machine and a dryer for your convenience. The spacious lounge room is equipped with comfortable sofas, TV/DVD and a study desk. The bedroom contains one Posturepedic queen size bed for that relaxing night’s sleep and a built-in robe. The bedroom also opens out to the private undercover alfresco area.

  • Heidi’s unit is very well appointed, with everything a traveller needs, including washing machine & dryer. It is located on ground level, so no stairs, in a very private corner of the complex, with a private courtyard. It’s conveniently located close to Cleveland RSL, for those evenings when you don’t want to cook, and the Cleveland ferry terminal, the gateway to southern Moreton Bay islands, is also a short stroll away.   • This place is great in every way. Great location, great value and great place. It has everything that you need; a functional kitchen with cutlery and dishes, a washing machine and air conditioning. The place itself is surprisingly big with 2 separate bedrooms. Easy for just taking it easy or a great starting place for a look around Brisbane. The small touches are there too; detergent and sponges for the kitchen, laundry liquid and pegs and handwash liquid and towels for the bathroom. Thanks for everything!

A supply of coffee , tea , milk and sugar as well as some muesli, nuts and a surprise to get you started . Whether you are on holiday , visiting family or friends or for business , all are welcome to come and enjoy this great spot.
    Quiet location , close to the bay , with coffee shops restaurants ,shops and lovely outdoor locations for recreation.

  • I arrived fairly late and left early but Judith's place was extremely clean, very large, private and in a delightful tropical surround. I took a quick drive in the morning up to Wellington Point and walked up and down King Island (recommend). I was also delighted to find in Clevland just a couple of minutes up the road a plethora of restaurants open on a sunday night as well as the IGA for supplies. Highly recommend this place Thanks Jude

    The room has a full size cupboard. Comfortable queen size bed, 4 power points + Ethernet or Wi-Fi connection in the room + TV. We can offer additional bedding and an inflatable mattress if required. We can offer additional storage if required.
    We're lucky enough to be in a very friendly neighborhood. Neighbors on all sides wave and say hello and there are often people out and about exercising, walking dogs or just enjoying the beautiful South East Queensland weather. We have near by Thai, Indian & Chinese restaurants as well as a number of fast food chains, a great butcher, a Woolworths and a number of other shops a 10 minute walk away in the Alexandra Hills Shopping Centre.

    We have a two-story townhouse. We live in the upper story. The entire private ground-floor flat will be available for our guest with separate entrance door. It comprises : 1) a comfortable living and TV room with an electronic reclining Media Chairs, 55" 3D Plasma TV, Blue-Ray DVD Player. Please note : reclining sofa is not to be used as bed. There is a folding bed you can request if needed. 2) nicely furnished queen bedroom with an alarm-clock, radio/cd player, table lamp, laptop desk, fan or heater. There is also a 2-door build-in wardrobe with hangers and shelves. Towels and linen are provided. 3) bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin. Body wash, shampoo/conditioner are provided. There are many cafes & restaurants in the Raby Bay Marina/Cleveland and Lakeside in Victoria Pt. Within 5 minutes you can find Medical/Dental clinic, Mater (private) and Redland (public) Hospitals, Movie theatre, Performing Art Centre, Library, Shopping centre and supermarkets nearby. Ferries to the Islands are close by. The Gold Coast could be reach less than an hour offering some of the best beaches in Australia and theme parks (Dreamworld, Wet & Wild, Seaworld, Movie World) and to Sunshine Coast in approx. 1h 1/2.
    There are several parks where you can ride bicycles, run, walk. Boardwalk is 10 min. walk from here. There is also a small beach where you can swim.- 3 min. drive. Ferries to islands are close by.

    I would like to welcome you to my 3 bedroomed townhouse situated 5 minute walk to Wellington Point train station and a 5 minute walk in the other direction to the quaint Wellington Point shops with many cafes and restaurants. A 20 minute 3 kms walk takes you to the water, swimming, beautiful views of the bay. You can also walk to King Island at low tide. Brisbane City is a 50 minute train ride and 10 minutes in other direction is Cleveland shopping centre - the end of the train line.
    You will have your own bedroom with a queen size bed and also your own bathroom with shower and bath. I describe my place to be cosy and very comfortable. I love decorating and changing my space regularly whether it be just rearranging or adding a new Little Something.
    I love living here because it is so peaceful.

  • Excellent value for money, location is very convenient to catch the train, quiet and nice area. The room well set up and the bed is extremely comfortable. Lots of hot water in the shower and everything you may need in the kitchen. Everything was really clean and the host is extremely friendly and laid back. Please note that if you suffer with the heat, there is no air conditioning and the room gets a bit hot in the summer. I was perfectly fine sleeping with the window open and the ceiling fan on, but I don't like sleeping with air con on anyways.

Shops and bus are located less than 1km. 45 minutes to reach the city by train. Perfect place if you are working at the Brisbane Port or Raffinery (10-15 minutes only)
    You enter the room through a separate entrance so you feel totally home. All comfort for you : Double bed (new mattress), aircon/heater, fridge, microwave, toaster, table, chairs, sofa to watch TV, ... You can have your meals on the undercovered terrace.
    Many opportunities to have full breakfast around, fastfood (thaï, chineese, burgers, …) or restaurants. You can get 2 busses going to the city at about 500m. Train is at 4km.

    Your comfortable one-room studio apartment is part of our house, but has a separate entry. There is a quality queen bed, own bathroom and kitchenette. It would be possible to share main kitchen by arrangement if you wish to do more elaborate cooking. You have your own outdoor sitting area with pretty garden view.     Wellington Point is on Moreton Bay, southeast of Brisbane, so we get beautiful Bay breezes. Swimming is possible at the Point, 3km away, and you can walk out to King Island at low tide. Explore the local area; there are nature trails, and cycling or kayaking are possible nearby. Wellington Point village (20 minutes' walk) has a dozen lovely cafes and restaurants. Just a few minutes' drive to Redlands Softball Ground, easy access to Brisbane Airport (30 minutes), Sirromet winery (20 minutes) and Redlands Performing Arts Centre (10 minutes' drive or take the train 2 stops). Ten minute drive or 2 train stops to the water taxi which takes you (20 minutes) to beautiful North Stradbroke Island.

We were greeted at the door on arrival and shown into the Airbnb which was a lovely touch as most Airbnb’s we have stayed at have been self check in. The studio apartment was just what we needed and had all the amenities you could want with a few little extra touches that made the stay that much nicer.     COVID FREE - private sanctuary surrounded by trees, high level of privacy and space, house is very clean and sanitary. Fresh air and own personal area separate from other rooms. The house is both close to the city and very tranquil. People often say that it is like a resort - lots of trees and birds outside. The bus stop from which you can reach the city is just a few minutes away. We have a pet cat Mary who is very friendly. Great house for long and short stays.
    Your bedroom has a double-size bed, a big wardrobe, a desk and a chair. It's got a window, high ceiling, shutters and flyscreens in the windows. It's modern, fresh and cosy.
    One of the nicest neighbourhood in the entire Brisbane - family houses with wonderful views at the city and located on hills.

Situated in Manly, 5 mins walk to water, restaurants and train station. Also very handy for sporting activities at Chandler. Quite position, totally separate to house on property, own private space to relax, TV, lounge, great kitchen and all linen and towels. Close to Gateway Motorway and Port. And of course the lovely foreshore to be enjoyed!
    Quite part of Manly, own private space and entrance with off street parking. Great kitchen and lounge to relax in. The unit is well equipped to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast pack on arrival.
    Close to water, many restaurants 5 minutes walk away along with train station. The foreshore is a great walk along the waters edge. Airport is 20 mins drive, Chandler sporting 10 mins drive, Gateway motorway access within 10 minutes and Port of Brisbane 5 minutes drive. The waterfront is a nice place to wander and you can even hire a paddle board on waterfront! The marina at Manly is right there and day tours leave from the main jetty.

  • I felt very comfortable with Shelley. It is the daughter's apartment that has moved out. Accordingly, the room is lovingly furnished. I landed in Brisbane early in the morning and was allowed to come earlier because Shelley didn't have to check out a guest. I arrived by bus and Shelley asked if she should pick me up at the bus stop (where I should have changed the bus) that she was in the area. On arrival (it was raining from buckets) I jokingly asked Shelley if she could now put out the rain and turn on the sun, and I would be right there. She did it: -0) I get out. The rain stops and the sun comes out! : -0) In my room, Shelley put a cheese plate with homemade mango chutney in the fridge, as well as bananas from the garden! I've never eaten such a delicious banana. Thanks for that, Shelley! From the bed you can look at the water and enjoy your coffee from the French Press at sunrise! Wonderful! I will gladly come again. Oh yes. A bus runs to the front door once an hour! Very pleasant.

    It's a nice OLD house, the bus station is around 5 to 7 mins walking distance. Direct buses going to Garden city and Brisbane City. The nearest shopping center is 1.7km away, neighborhood shops are 800 meters away. It's a quiet neighborhood, however, it's next to a school, if you need a sleep in during the weekdays and you are a light sleeper, it would not be suitable for you. Feel free to ask anything. There's a small cat on the property.
    It's a room with a single bed, desk and storage shelves. Perfect for people travels alone. Because of the room size, and being considerate to other people in the house, this room is for one person only. Thanks for your understanding.

    We moved into this home in April 2018. We built the kitchenette new for our guests. We have a beautiful pool and entertaining area which you are welcome to use and we have lovely neighbours.
    We live in a quiet street and have friendly neighbors. There is a Newsagent, Bakery, Coffee Shop, cafes, eateries and Service Station within 700 metres and a Spar Express supermarket 1.1km from our place. Shopping Centres, Restaurants and the Esplanade are all 10-15 mins walk or 3-5 mins drive.
  • Leisa’s home was absolutely divine. A modern, clean, relaxing space with just the right amount of privacy - I loved having a chat with Leisa and Craig, they are wonderful hosts! Leisa has lots of lovely little touches like bringing us a bottle of red wine and having a little stocked snack shelf if you’re peckish. The pool is absolutely fabulous and a great spot to soak up some sun and a great spot for a bbq in the afternoon. I couldn’t recommend Leisa’s home high enough. I’m looking forward to staying here again next time I’m in Brisbane!

There are 2 shopping centres 10 min walk and public transport Brisbane city is 15km away. One hour drive to the Gold Coast, 15 mins drive to Sirromet Winery.

    Unit in great part of Manly close to train, shops, water, Marina and Gateway Motorway. Has been freshly renovated, clean and modern with all the comforts of home that you would need. Enjoy the waterfront 5 minutes walk as well as train station also 5 minutes. Not to mention the local restaraunts and bars!! If you choose to stay in however, you will be very comfortable.
    Comfortable place to stay while in Manly - private, quite and newly renovated so very fresh and inviting. The kitchen has everything you need and of course all linen is supplied. Access to casual sitting area with barbeque.
    Nice quite neighbourhood, train nearby and of course to walk along the waterfront is only 5 minutes down the hill.
