This quaint, center city studio in Rittenhouse substitutes a living room for a wonderful outdoor space. It fits 2 comfortably and is perfect for anyone looking for a close place to rest while they explore Philadelphia.
You will not have any idea that you are downtown. It is quiet, serene, and very comfortable.
The few blocks around the apartment is a fantastic residential area with intermittent cafes and parks. Starting about 2 blocks away heading east is shopping, eating, comedy, dancing, and theaters. I do not need a car and basically never leave about a 1 mile radius. I have everything I need here.
