Rebekah was responsive, and left fresh pastries, apples & cider from her Orchard for our stay. The cottage is a stand alone cottage with a queen size bed in the room, the sheets were high quality and the quilts were soft and luxurious. The bathroom was fully stocked with oversized, soft towels and any necessary products you may have forgotten. There is a small kitchen table, but the meals we had were mostly eaten outside on the adorable patio. Multiple chairs a little table and pretty hanging lights were a perfect way to enjoy the outdoor scenery. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some in terms of cooking utensils, bowls, glasses, wine glasses and coffee cups. No cork screw, but we left ours so now there is =) The TV in the living room came with netflix and amazon, and the home has wifi. Overall I am so pleased with this Adorable Cottage, I highly recommend for anyone looking to get away be surrounded by beautiful, calming views and no disturbances. I would love to return annually.

It is a great place, has three sweat dogs and some cute horses in the back yard, the barn is awesome. It is really near to everywhere, the lavender fields, the Apple farm. The host is so nice, the Apple cider she left for me is the best in the world.

We had a lovely stay at the cottage! It was very clean, smelled nice, and our hosts were friendly. Everything we needed was available to us- it was in a safe area and watching the horses in the morning was nice to wake up to. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent host and an excellent place for a nice quiet getaway. Host is great and even leaves you some AMAZING APPLE CIDER in the fridge. It was delicious. There are a lot more things to do then you think in the area. Great places to go for beautiful hikes.

Rebekah was a very gracious hostess who provided more than what we needed for a comfortable stay. There were plenty of extra blankets, a lovely cake loaf, a bottle of cider, and everything was very easily laid out for us. The cottage is very close to the mountains, and there are great views down some of the back roads. We hope to come back again sometime.

The little houses are really super cozy, clean, the landlord is also super good, but also drinks and snacks prepared for us, and give the baby got some game. Perfect experience!

Once again we Lucky Dogs had the good fortune to stay at Shery's adorable cottage, but this time it wasn't raining, roses and other flowers were in full bloom, and her chickens and bunnies were blooming with health as well, loved the fresh eggs and bouquets. What a delightful home! We were simply passing through Southern California, and our criteria for an overnight were two bedrooms, east of San Bernadino. For FAR less than two hotel rooms, we got so much more! My daughters got to pick a movie from a pretty extensive collection, watch roosters and rabbits, and hang out in a hammock. I got to take an early morning spin on my road bike in some very beautiful country. And we all enjoyed the farm-fresh eggs. Great value, and definitely someplace worth going back to.

I stayed with Pamela and her family for one night. Check-in was quick and easy which was great after a long day of driving. It's a nicely furnished room on the first floor with a very comfortable bed and a bathroom right across the hall. Everyone in Pamela's family was kind and attentive to make sure I had what I needed. Staying here is like staying at a nice hotel, or in your own home. It was very clean and comfortable. I checked in after a long day of work, had a nice clean private bathroom and soft comfortable bed to sleep in. I was pleased with my stay and would stay there again.

THANK YOU Richard and Artie, for such an authentic Airbnb experience! We stayed with R & A overnight on our way out from LAX to Phoenix and it was the perfect location! An easy two hour drive from LAX (left 7pm arrived 9pm), and then we only had a 3.5 hour drive to Phoenix the next morning! R & A are the nicest people and such a lovely couple. They were more than happy to leave us to do our own thing, however we were in a chatty mood and stayed up for hours sharing stories which R&A which was lovely :) The room itself was perfect, the bed was huge and so incredibly comfortable. The private bathroom had everything you needed, including a brand new chapstick! R & A had plenty of food and bottles of water to share which was wonderful, and they were happy to give up some fridge space for our own food. While we didn't cook because of the overnight nature of our stay, the kitchen was HUGE and they were more than happy to allow us to cook if need be. It was a very nice and safe neighbourhood and we really hope we will be back eventually to stay with R & A again!

Lovely stay with Artie & Richard! They were very welcoming hosts. The room I stayed in was nicely decorated and very clean - as was the bathroom. I got the opportunity to chat with them after I arrived and in the morning with Artie over coffee. I don't travel to their area often, but will look into staying with them again next time I'm in town.

They told us about the little treasure in town... we were not aware that the BEST outlet in California was only a 5 minute drive from their home. If you want to get away and unwind, this is the place; very tranquil and relaxing. It's out in the country with scenic routes to the mountains and the deserts and the I-10 freeway is only about 10 minutes away. Restaurants, shops, grocery stores and antique shops are just minutes away but you're still in the country with roosters crowing in the mornings. The host, Sheryn, has thought of just about everything to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Sheryn was always available for help and at the same time invisible. We had more privacy than we bargained for ;) The place it adorable and we were greeted in the sweetest way with a little gift basket as it was our honeymoon. If all AirBnB experiences are like this then I don't understand why anyone would book hotels anymore. Thank you, Sheryn!

My gf and I had a very nice stay here in Cherry Valley. Its a really small quaint town, perfect for a weekend getaway. Sheryn was a great host, she just left the key and allowed us our space the entire time. She even gave us some extra time which was great. There is plenty of space here with a little yard to walk around in. She also left some fresh eggs (which were excellent) along with orange juice. It was a really enjoyable experience I had a great time and its great to see these little towns that are so close yet I would never see otherwise. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Our experience at Shery's Cottage couldn't have been better. If you want to spend a relaxing weekend in an immaculate cozy place with all of the modern conveniences you will need, this would be the place Sheryn had everything ready down to the last detail . There was farm fresh eggs , milk bread and more . it was a perfect location , as well we were only 10 minutes from Oak Glen Apple Orchards. And not far from Big Bear. It was a very quiet, beautiful, and peaceful place to be. We would definitely recommend staying in this lovely cottage.

My boyfriend and I came here for a relaxing getaway on Memorial Day weekend and we got exactly what we came for! The cottage is adorable, private, very inviting and even more comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you can possibly need to cook your meals and we were so grateful for the fresh eggs and orange juice that Sheryn left for us. We didn't need a single thing! We also loved all of the outside space and hammock/swing chairs! We came with two dogs and they felt very at home as well :) To anyone looking for a time-out from their busy lives, this is the place. You pretty much have access to anything you need in the house. Parking is also good as we were able to park in the driveway. You will have a private bathroom and a huge walk in closet too. He will even offer you a nice quick breakfast before you go.

John welcomed us into his home even though we were only staying for one night. We was so courteous and attentive to our needs. He made sure we were absolutely comfortable and if we needed to reach him for anything, he had his number programmed into the phone in our room. The house was lovely and spacious and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in! Wonderful stay and I highly recommend!

Not only is their home clean and comfortable, with all the amenities - plenty of towels, toiletries, WiFi, TV in your room - but they make you feel so welcome and comfortable. Richard and Artie are exceptional hosts. I had a very late check in time the first night...almost midnight...but they welcomed me in assured me it was a non-issue. I appreciated their warmth and hospitality. During my 3 day stay, I had some special requests and they were extremely gracious and accommodating. They keep the entire living space pristine and check in with their guests to ensure all needs are being met. Would stay with them again in the future.

What a great location at which to stay for a two-day trip from San Francisco to Phoenix. Richard and Artie so obviously enjoy hosting that you're welcomed like a long-lost nephew on arrival. Tidy house, impeccable bed and bath, why on earth would you want to stay at a Hilton when Richard and Artie are waiting for you? Plus, they heartily welcomed my 17-pound dachshund travel companion Woofie. We didn't get to stay long but will probably request to stay again next time we do that route.

Richard and Artie were the perfect hosts! They were such a warm and kind couple. We loved hearing their stories and sharing conversation with them. I wish we weren't just passing through so that we could have stayed longer to chat with them! They are very accommodating and thoughtful. They provide guests with lots of fresh, clean towels and have you covered if you forgot something by way of toiletries. Their home is immaculate and nestled in a well-groomed neighborhood. We stayed in the upstairs bedroom, where we had our own bathroom. They provided us with extra warm blankets, great pillows, TV (with cable!), wifi...the works! Also, their mattress is very comfortable. I actually sent my boyfriend to ask and write down the exact mattress they have. It gave me a GREAT night of sleep :) Thank you so much Richard Artie!

Morgan's place was just as advertised, only better! He is a gracious and friendly host that sticks around the house most of the time, as he is self employed. He allowed my privacy but was friendly when approached. The place ws clean, comfortable and I had use of anything in the house on request. And great pets too! Enjoyed meeting Grrrl (the dog) and Pristine (the cat)! Well behaved animals, that I didn't know were there until introduced. Thanks Morgan, I will be sure to stay here anytime I'm in the area for work...

I was honored to be the FIRST guest at this new AirBnB property. It was exactly as advertised, no surprises. Morgan was a gracious and attentive host that did not intrude at all. The WIFI worked great, I had access to the kitchen but did not use it. This location is far enough from the "madness" and prices of Palm Springs and Coachella for relaxation, but close enough for a cheap UBER ride, or even a public transit ride, to all of the area nightlife, Festivals, casinos and concert halls. For less than half the price....

Great room, great house, great host! The room has a large, comfy bed and its own bathroom. The house is clean and well presented. The host Morgan is a very funny guy and a lot of fun to hang out with. He has a lovely, friendly doggo named Grrl. Probably the best airbnb I stayed in in the US. Highly recommend.

I had a great visit with Scott in his Beaumont CA home. Scott and his family was very welcoming and easy to converse with. We talked about about Beaumont and various commuter issues around Southern California. His room was perfect for a quick overnight visit where one is getting up and leaving first thing in the morning. Nice bed, closet, and near by bathroom. I heard some train noise in the background (but that is always a factor where ever you stay in Beaumont.) A quiet and safe neighborhood. He made coffee for me in the morning and I was off on family business. I highly recommend Scott's home and his hospitality!

On New Year's Eve weekend -- all the listings for Palm Springs were booked solid, so I booked last minute with Scott and his husband -- it was absolutely the best decision! The house is extremely cozy and the convenience to Palm Springs makes this place a great deal. Scott responded to all my needs and I'm absolutely staying with them soon!

I would say that I'm so lucky to stay in Scott's house. Everything is beyond perfect, it's def much better than most of five star hotels!!! They prepared everything u need in the house, even more than that. I really like all the decor n display which r elegant n luxury. Also, the location is really close to dessert hill which is really convenient. I would highly recommend everyone should stay here for as much time as u can, even if it might take one or two hour from ur place, u still "have to" come n stay. I'm sure that no one wouldn't love Scott's house.

Scott was very thorough and forthcoming from the get go. In preparation for our stay, he sent an email detailing everything we could possibly need to know about his house -this was extremely comforting to a couple of newby air bnb'ers. When we arrived, he and Michael weren't home but we were able to easily let ourselves in based upon his email and were instantly greeted with welcoming aromas and an immaculate house (for which the pictures do no justice). He truly espoused the "mi casa, su casa" policy with access to the kitchen, common spaces, patio - everything, really. Our room was very well appointed with, my girlfriend and I agreed, one of the most comfortable beds we had ever slept in. Though we only stayed one night, we made sure to get a nap in for a few extra minutes of luxurious sleep time. The guest bathroom was equally well equipped complete with rolled up hand towels, a variety of immensely soft bath towels, and a collection of soaps, scrubs, and lotions to rival that of Bath and Body Works. As lovely as the accommodations were, they pale in comparison to the hospitality and warmth of the actual people: Scott and Michael. While we had never met, they welcomed us into their home as if we were long time friends. We instantly fell into conversation, and were it not for prior engagements we might still be chatting today. All in all, we could not have asked for a better guest experience. It established our faith in Air Bnb and will ensure our repeat use of it. Our only regret is that we didn't book for longer.

Scott and Mike are consummate hosts. They graciously offered me dinner, but I had already ate. So I opted for some wine. Three glasses later, after a fabulous discussion, I rested well in their comfy bed. Thx for the engaging evening, warm ambiance and open kitchen. It came in handy for leftovers. This place is absolutely amazing ! I got married at Serendipity Garden Weddings and had my family and bridal party stay here for the weekend. It was so gorgeous and perfect amount of space for everyone to sleep comfortably in beds. Only 15 mins from the venue and it was perfect because we had our rehearsal the day before the wedding and threw the rehearsal party at the house. Russell was super helpful with everything! He help coordinate this with me and I had a taco lady come to serve food for our guest. The living room is super spacious for everyone to be comfortable. I also had the girls get ready in the living room and the lighting was impeccable, especially when the makeup/hair artist arrived in the morning. When we arrived, Russel gave us a tour of his home and the furniture and art was so beautiful! He is super easy to work with and gets back to you as soon as possible. Full furnished kitchen with every appliance you can think of. Every room basically has its own bathroom, so our family and friends were very comfortable. I recommend this place to everyone! This house was really perfect for our wedding weekend. We searched for a whole year trying to find a vacation rental and closest one was in Big Bear which is too far from Serendipity Garden Weddings. Our next option was staying at Morongo, but it was stage coach that weekend so all the rooms were already booked. We are so thankful that we found this listing. Thank you so much!

Stayed here for Coachella with 7 friends. This house is even better in person! I almost wish we weren't at Coachella all day so we could have enjoyed it more. Lots of space, the rooftop is great for star gazing, and Russ is a very hospital host. The only thing to be mindful of is that the host is hands on and on premise. There were times where we would come back to the house to see some of our things moved, or someone in the house, and I know this for sure would scare a lot of airbnb'ers but for us it wasn't a problem. Also Russ was nice enough to provid breakfast our last day which we appreciated so very much! Look forward to booking again.

We had a great time at Russ's property. He was very accommodating. In the beginning, we had 10 people but 5 more of our friends wanted to join in on the trip. Russ let us rent out the downstairs/basement apartment to accommodate all of us. The place is lovely - secluded, breathtaking views, beautifully decorated rooms, and has everything you need from toiletries to kitchen equipment. Communication with Russ is also extremely fast and clear - he even gave us a brief tour when we checked in, which was very helpful since the house has great history and is very big which meant some of us didn't know where we were in the house at first. Definitely recommend this place no matter if it's for a family gathering or vacation with friends! Will book again in the future.

He has been extremely responsive and respectful before, during and after our stay, which we greatly appreciated. The house itself is one of kind: isolated and private, well equipped and clean with breathtaking views from the rooftop and the main floor. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was quite convenient. The pictures are 100% accurate and the accommodation by Russell makes it for a perfect gateway week-end! The Top of World Estate boasts two incredible highlights: absolute privacy and supreme views of the Banning Pass. Do yourself a favor and make sure to be on the roof for sunset. The house itself is a collection of eccentric-themed rooms with character & panache. Standout rooms include the Serenity Room, the East Indian Room, both of which contain art and decoration from a well-traveled owner. However, the living room is the clear testament to the house's beauty and comfort. Flanked by floor-to-ceiling walls, one can lounge on leather chairs while soaking in the twinkling night lights that stretch from Riverside into the Coachella Valley. If you are a group of 8-10 looking for peace and respite with sense of privacy, then Russ' Top of World Estate is a wonderful option. He is a thoughtful & accommodating host who is respectful of the house guests. Our group had a fantastic time and we strongly recommend his rental those who are considering.

Every room in the house had a nice view of everything. All the rooms were big enough for couples to sleep in. The host was very helpful throughout the stay. If we needed assistance with anything, he was their to provide us with it. I would like to personally thank Mr. Brown for being such a great host and making this the best vacation my family has ever had. I strongly recommend this to anyone who is looking for the perfect getaway for their family. Overall I would like to rate this experience a 10/10.
