  • This apartment is right near Chermside shopping centre. It is located on the ground floor near the lift. Two good size bedrooms with all amenities. The kitchen has basic utensils, some free cereals. Extra large balcony that we didn’t use but there for anyone who may need it. The place is clean and nice.

Cleaning and tidy. two bedrooms with single bed for rent. per room $40 per night for one person. $25 per night for extra person in the same bedroom. no kids pleas饿because there are people living in the first floor. 6 mins walking to 330 bus stop, 25 mins to the city CBD. 15 mins walking to bus exchange station in Chermside Shopping Centre. there are lots of restaurants open till 9pm in the center. if you want to have beautiful food and fun it is the one. wakling ten mins only.

    Wavell Heights is central located on the highest point in Brisbane. 10 mins drive to the airport and 15 mins to the CBD. A Cafe Lacuna is just opposite side of our house and there is a Thai On Rode Takeaway Restaurant 200m away. Prince Charles Hospital is 2KM away. The biggest shopping center Chermside Shopping Center is only 1.9KM from the place, banks,variety stores, cinemas, Kmart,Big W and supermarkets. Close to lots of food and restaurants. You may find anything you want here. We will have 2 free parking slot, and there is lots of free street parking

    ONE QUEEN SIZE BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE IN A SHARED TOWNHOUSE. Nestled far back from the noisy Gympie Rd but still within minutes walking distance to the huge shopping mall, this little hideaway is oh so quiet except for the rythmic sound of tennis balls hitting rackets every late afternoon. Relax on the decking. The double room with ensuite has a Bluetooth speaker.
    Chermside is such a happening place with 24 hr cafes and restaurants and only 7 kms from the city. Far enough to lose the crowd yet close enough to join it.

    My home will hopefully feel like your home away from home. As can be expected from a house of this age, it has its quirks. I may or may not be fully finished painting the exterior (bigger job than I expected. I don't yet have WiFi. My apologies if this is a deal breaker for you. I do however have very comfortable couches to watch exciting free-to-air tv. There is free street parking available if you are driving. The driveway is not wide enough to park a number of vehicles in unfortunately.
    Your room during your stay contains a comfy double bed. Towels and linen provided. Spare pillows and duvet / doona and linen available in the drawers in your room if required. My home is very close to the shops (IGA, Dominos, 7-11 etc). Chermside shopping centre is a 5 minute drive away. Sandgate is 10 mins the other way. The city is 20 mins drive or around 20-30 mins on the train.
    Zillmere is a suburb thats pretty interesting. Its ethnically diverse. I've found it relatively quiet. There are certainly some interesting people around if you head up to the IGA after 8pm.

    Our home is a 3-bedroom home, based in a hilly and breezy suburb. Your room has a king single bed, fan, hanging space and desk and chair. It is clean and cool. A cafe and pizza restaurant are at the bottom of our street. We are 5-min drive to Prince Charles Hospital, a 30-minute bus-ride into the city, or a 20-minute drive to the Brisbane airport. The bus stops are within walking distance. We are a relaxed and friendly couple and we look forward to welcoming you to our home.
    There are 3 bedrooms in our home but we use one as an office. You will be the only guest.
    We live on a hill on the northside of Brisbane. This means we get a breeze! We are very close to Westfield Shopping Centre at Chermside, the Prince Charles Hospital, not far from the airport and easy access to the highway going to the Sunshine Coast.

  • This is a lovely place to stay. The only negative is that the parking is very tight and the street parking is only for four hours. I wouldn’t recommend if you have small children as the home is very styled, but for older people it’s great. Lots of lovely additions and grocery items that make your stay really easy.   • As I required surgery at St Vincent’s Private Hospital, this apartment was perfect for our needs. We only had to walk around the block and we were there. It is a wonderful apartment, light and airy and superbly clean. Having the car space under cover was a bonus as we didn’t need to pay for parking all day. Paul is an awesome host and he was great when my surgery dates changed and I had to alter our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our dinners including spices, herbs, teas, coffee etc. We will certainly book with Paul again if needed in the future. Thank you

  • This house is awesome. The location is superb, there was no noise from neighbours, even the traffic noise was minimal despite its proximity to a major highway. There is plenty of space within the property, with a very comfy lounge and huge flat screen tv. The air conditioners quickly and effectively cool all areas. However, the really great 'point of difference' is the thoughtfulness Peter has put in to make your stay easy. The aircon was on when we arrived. There was not only tea and coffee provided (3 tea options and 3 coffee options including decafe) but also milk, sugar, chilled bottled water, a number of cooking oils, salt, pepper, butter, jam, biscuits, and 2 options for breakfast cereal. I'm sure some of these items were left by the previous guests, but the fact that they are left there for you just makes the first day (and next morning) after arrival so much easier. As well as the expected spare pillows and extra blankets Peter also supplies plenty of soap and toilet paper, kitchen towel, tissues, breath mints and spare batteries for all the remotes.

    The available apartment is situated on the ground level of a Queenslander house. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, carpeted, new convection stove, dishwasher, internal laundry and free wifi. It is heated and air conditioned with access to a saltwater pool. The kitchen has coffee making facilities, filtered water, and some supplies including fresh eggs. It is situated in a very quiet community minded neighbourhood. One off street parking space is available plus street parking.
    There are two large dogs, chickens and one cat on the premises however a fence prevents their access to the apartment. Pets are welcome. Seperate areas are available for pets. Please do not feed the dogs on the premises.
    The community is quiet however there are many shops, dining, secondhand stores, liquor stores and other facilities close by including a library.

You'll love my place because of the location and convenience. Good for couples, solo adventurers & business travellers.
    Within walking distance to both The Prince Charles and Holy Spirit Hospitals. Across the road from Chermside shopping centre, North Regional Business Centre and Splash leisure centre. 200m from the Kedron Wavell RSL and sports fields. Public transport is very accessible from my place and there are close to a hundred choices for eating out within a stones throw of my place.
    Chermside is a hub for activities, shopping and dining. The newly renovated Westfield Chermside is 300m from my front door. This shopping centre offers you everything you could possibly need.
  • OMG! Libby’s place is amazing. I was a bit hesitant at first about being in a share house, ( I have never stayed at one before) but my budget was tight this trip and so I decided to give it a go. Room was super clean and I had my own bathroom. Libby was respectful of my space and was so accommodating with my needs. If you need to stay in Chermside and are not anxious about a share situation, then Libby’s place is the one to go to. Getting around is easy as well as restaurants because Libby’s place is like 500 meters to Westfield Shopping centre and several eateries. I didn’t have a car so used public transport which is also centrally located at the shopping centre. I’d definitely stay at Libby’s place again.

    We are a young couple staying in a 3 level townhouse which is almost 15 minutes drive from airport and 20-30 minutes drive to city. Public transport is very easily accessible, bus is just steps away-right outside our complex and train station is just 5 minutes away. This new complex is almost brand new, totally secured, with basic amenities like ample of car park, swimming pool. Taigum Village(shopping centre) is just 200 meter away with few restaurants, ALDI, Coles, SUBWAY etc.
    Townhouse is a brand new, with much fresh feel. Complex is secured with CCTV surveillance. Shopping centre is on a walking distance.
    Taigum is a very good suburb, just 14 kms away from city, bit quite and wonderful people around. Our complex is very close to SUBWAY, Coles, ALdi, restaurants, just 200 meters away. Bus stop is just outside complex and train station is 5 minutes away. Close to parks, walking tracks!!!

    We love living in our high set modern Queenslander where we can sit outside and enjoy the breeze on a hot day. The house has reverse cycle aircon. Sam loves his garden and which provides us with bananas, papayas, guavas, citrus as well as vegetables. Rainbow Lorrikeets visit daily to be fed. We're a close 10 minute walk to the sea, cafes, shops and parks. We enjoy biking along the bikeways through the wetlands or along the sea shore.
    It is a ten minute walk or a one stop train ride to the beautiful seashore where you can enjoy a walk to the Shorncliffe pier, enjoy cafes. A ride on a bike on the wetlands or foreshore bikeways is always pleasant. Supermarkets are nearby other shops, cafes, resturants, banks etc. Our home is beside a park in a very pleasant environment.

  • Great value place. Train station aroud the corner (3 to 4 mins walk), shops nearby. The house & room were very clean & the bed was very comfortable & warm. Nice little touches like daily clean towels, tea & coffee, & breakfast available. Lorraine & Sam were very hospitable & great to have a chat with, and at the same time respectful of space. Highly recommend.

    We are a young couple staying in a 3 level townhouse which is almost 15 minutes drive from airport and 20-30 minutes drive to city. Public transport is very easily accessible, bus is just steps away-right outside our complex and train station is just 5 minutes away. This new complex is almost brand new, totally secured, with basic amenities like ample of car park, swimming pool. Taigum Village(shopping centre) is just 200 meter away with few restaurants, ALDI, Coles, SUBWAY etc.
    This is a 3 bedrooms Tri- level Townhouse with 2 bedrooms at top floor. I will share the same floor with separate bedroom & toilet. Its modern private room with a superb comfortable queen bed (please note there is no air-con in the room). Share spacious living room and a luxury big hotel stylish shower room.Free Wi-fi & Netflix access 24 hrs.
    Taigum is a very good suburb, just 14 kms away from city, bit quite and wonderful people around. Our complex is very close to SUBWAY, Coles, ALdi, restaurants, just 200 meters away. Bus stop is just outside complex and train station is 5 minutes away. Close to parks, walking tracks!!!

    Located in a leafy suburb the house is homely, located close to the airport, public transport & shops & restaurants.
    The space is far from grand, best suited as a place to rest a weary head. The room is compact, however, you are welcome to use any of the other casual & comfy areas throughout the house. The house is an old Queenslander, with character, some aspects are dated but kept exceptional clean.
  • I felt very comfortable there. The bed was really good after the spring mattresses of the last months, the kitchen well equipped and the bathroom clean. The proximity to the train station is also perfect. I can recommend the accommodation.

Late check-in is welcome – our self check-in procedure is easy. Super convenient location. Our guest room is nicely decorated with a double bed.
  • We needed over night accommodation close to the Morton Island Ferry wharf. Jodie-Anne's place is ten minutes away. Shortly after we arrived she introduced herself and made sure that we were comfortable and should we need any assistance with anything she was available.Must say that we were delighted to meet her and could not fault her accommodation.

  • Good location! We had a minor check-in hiccup, which Jodie-Anne rectified swiftly. It rained during my one day stay so I found a nice little spa to have a facial and de-stress after my flight from NZ. Some noise in the morning, but I'm an early bird and I didn't mind. I think that was only because it was Monday morning and there are improvements being made to the property. Jodie-Anne was a lovely host and I would stay again. Thank you x
