And I-77/I-85 are just a few blocks away so you have quick access to the entire town. Plus, Charlotte has been over run with bike sharing and electric scooter sharing companies. Mainly Lime and Bird. So if you want to get around that way, you're sure to find them nearby. Our single family home is on the property as well with three young children, but your space is separate and private. We just ask that you please be courteous and keep noise to a minimum.

Our modern guest house is located in Villa Heights, between the Plaza Midwood and NoDa neighborhoods, which offer plenty of good food, breweries, and music. Summit Coffee is around the corner and Uptown is a quick trip for business or pleasure. Tiny Blue

An update on this listing. The county is currently working on installing a new waterline on a neighboring road and storing their heavy equipment on the same road as this Airbnb so occasionally throughout the day, especially the morning and evening there are beeping noises from the workers setting up and Ending their day. No complaints so far, but I want everyone to be aware. It hasn’t scared the deer off.
