Cute mother-in-law suite in a newer townhouse neighborhood. Great area with biking trails, walking trails, shopping, and dining nearby. We live in a very culturally diverse neighborhood with plenty dining/grocery store options. 20 minutes from downtown Minneapolis, easy access to 610 freeway. Less than 5 miles from Arbor Lakes retail shops, with many more restaurants/specialty shops/grocery stores for anything you may need. Perfect for travel nurses also. This is a very safe area.

WINTER, We have a circular driveway and a flat driveway. I do my own snow plowing. This is a lovely 540 square foot, mother in law apt on a 5 acres estate, It's very private, quiet and safe with a private entrance. The traffic is light and contact with people is non-existent. Four rooms with a Queen bedroom, A full size pull out sofa in the sitting room, a kitchenette with laundry facilities and a full bath with shower. We are 20 min from downtown Mpls.

Located only 15 miles from downtown Minneapolis, it feels like you're up north. The property sits on the Mississippi River where kayaking, pontooning, paddleboarding are all possible. You'll be staying in the walkout lower level of our home with two bedrooms, a full bathroom and a living area all privately yours. Pontoons can be rented in Champlin and you can have use of our kayak. Or you can just relax down at the waterfront out your back door.
