Perfect place for a weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of Houston or Austin, and a great base camp to hit up Round Top weekends and/or all that Austin County has to offer. And in the springtime, come stay amongst the bluebonnets. They cannot be beat!

Nestled on 5 acres just outside of Bellville, this sprawling property is your own private oasis, perfect for family getaways or a peaceful retreat with friends. This hidden gem boasts three unique dwellings, each offering its own style of comfort. The main house, features 2.5 baths and sleeps up to 6, 2 queen bedrooms and a queen sofa bed. Offering a large pool for a refreshing dip or an afternoon lounging in the sun. Check in at around 3 pm and depart at 11 am, unless requested.

Our 1925 Quaint Cottage sits on 1.25 acres nestled near downtown Bellville & walking distance to restaurants, churches, shopping & Market Days. Brenham is 20 minutes & Round Top is 30 minutes away! Easy access to Katy, West/North Houston, 3 Airports, College Station, Austin, Waco & Temple. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, & peaceful outdoor spaces with plenty of room to gather. Birds, squirrels, butterflies & wildflowers abound. Large porches, smoke house, barn & small garden.

sunnybrook farm

A three-bedroom 2-story house located just a couple of minutes from downtown in a secluded neighborhood with a farm setting. The house is situated on 12 acres with a pond, horses, and other very friendly farm animals around. Fresh eggs are available for breakfast. All pets are welcome, including horses. The house has a farmhouse/lodge decor with queen beds in each room, a sofa bed in the living room and additional sofa bed, day bed and trundle bed. Children are welcome.

Holland House

Holland House, a building filled with character and charm built in 1877; one of only a few that survived the hurricane of the 1900's. The unique twist of the building is what we fondly refer to as "character". Located on the square, a private brick paved courtyard has large oak trees to unwind or simply enjoy the quiet that our small town has to offer. Shops and dining are within walking distance. Rock the Country is just 1.4 miles and a short drive.

The cabin itself is a cozy retreat, designed to be eye-catching and welcoming, making you feel instantly at home. We have an additional cabin next to this one for rent also! The cabins are on a hunting preserve and bird farm.
