Located a 10-minute walk from the center of Pietrelcina and places of interest, in a large private park within a residential area, Il Giardino offers accommodation within a 19th-century stone structure spread out over 2 floors connected by an external staircase, finely renovated with wifi, air conditioning, heating, fireplace, TV, coffee machine, bathroom with shower, barbecue, large outdoor spaces where you can relax and enjoy a magnificent panoramic view, and an unattended private parking lot.

The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.
