“The food is wonderful, and great gluten free choices, with your owner and host Mark Cadden. It's gastro bar food with an Irish twist using locally suppliers. Great friendly staff and selection of locally beers and spirits. They have a curry night every Wednesday, sauces are gluten free and they blend their own spices, and are the best. ”
“If your a foodie its well worth checking out. Lots of plates with a good selection of food. Advance booking is essential for weekends, they also provide a lunch menu.”
“The lake is part of the Greenway Walking and cycling route, and passes our door (literally) Wonderful views of Croagh Patrick, amazing sunsets, swans, and locals favourite place to get fit, relax and cycle.”
“Voted the 'Best Cafe in Ireland' recently, this is an excellent deli and cafe. It gets very busy at lunchtime and you can't book so arrive early. Great deli downstairs, you'll want to buy everything.”
“Its a café also offering lunch, and dinner (every Friday, booking essential for dinner. Relaxed, homely home cooked foods, (with great gluten free and vegetarian options for people like me!),from artisan Irish suppliers. Great desserts. Friendly staff and really good coffee.”
