Studio with mezzanine very well equipped dishwasher coffee machine toaster air conditioning wifi free.Situated in a pedestrian street 2 steps from the sea it is on the second floor with elevator and has a balcony with table and chairs.Many restaurants nearby as well as the famous flower market. The shower room is equipped with a dryer of shower gel seviettes. The fridge has a bottle of rose de provence as a welcome gift. Two cups of coffee for the first morning.

A 5 min de la plage la Promenade des Anglais, adorable studio climatisé, avec cuisine équipée et salle de bains effet marbre. L'appartement donne sur une grande terrasse ensoleillée de 30m2, et équipée d'une grande Pergola retractable pour bénéficier d'un peu d'ombre. Cuisine équipée, frigo, four, micro ondes, Nespresso, lave-linge... L’immeuble est simple, l’escalier pour accéder à l’appartement un peu raide. Mais le paradis se mérite...!
