Very well located apartment!

Stay in a quiet location five minutes from great restaurants, pharmacies, markets, malls, bakeries and gyms. One-bedroom apartment, living room, balcony, bathroom and kitchenette. In the living room, we have a sofa bed that accommodates up to two people. All brand new. The condominium has a swimming pool, sauna, playroom, mini gym, barbecue grill (use with reservation for an extra fee) and laundry room (self-service for a fee). It also has a parking space and 24-hour concierge. We do not accept pets.

A cozy sleeping area features a spacious bed with crisp white linens. A round pillow rests against the headboard. Soft lighting is provided by a wall-mounted lamp and a bedside table with a small lamp, contributing to a serene ambiance.
