We had a hood stay in this house. All was complete and clean. Good kitchen, living and terras. Bathroom small and we were not happy whit the bed. Marco and Elasa are very kind. We liked Vado and we had fun to go by bike to go to Camaiore and beach. If you want the feeling of living in Italy you must like this place. Try.!!

Very nice, cozy apartment in a peaceful environment. A farmhouse perfectly restored, located on the mountain in an olive grove, with stunning view of the plane, to the sea. The apartment offers all the amenities. Large kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine. Fast Wifi. Especially the large terrace we liked. Thanks to Piero and his wife, who were available always helpful when we needed them again.

We stayed a week by Piero and Silvana who welcomed us with warm hospitality. Delicious cookies, lasagna and cake offered gently and lovingly prepared. The house has a wonderful view and enjoys a special peace, surrounded by olive trees. We, our baby a year and a half we had a great, only negative for small children I would say the interior stairs. We hope to return in the spring!

Piero and his wife were wonderfully welcoming - a homemade cake, table set for tea plus a basket of fruit on arrival was charming. Piero was very helpful and kind finding a local plumber (on a Saturday!!) to rescue a valuable personal item that had fallen down the drain! Splendid panoramic views towards sea from high up on hillside amongst olive groves. Beautiful tranquil location.

Piero and his wife have been wonderful hosts. We have loved the place so much that we decided to remain at the house for 2 out of our 5 days stay. The landscape is amazing, the house is very nice, very clean and very well equipped. We will definitely come back. Thank you once again for your hospitality. A gigantic house in the middle of nowhere. The pictures on the Airbnb description do not give justice to the fantastic view you will get on the hills and the sea! We would definitely come back! Special mention to the homemade cake that was waiting for us upon arrival. It was yummy :-)

Maja was the most amazingly wonderful host who agreed to let me stay despite me not having a car, which she clearly states is necessary, and helped me out in a thousand small ways: giving me lifts on the way to work, taking me to the movies and to a party of some friends, telling me when she was driving to an interesting place that I might want to see. She even sent Balthasar to collect me one time when I missed a bus on his motorbike: a whole other story of terror and excitement. (I'm alive still which is good to see). I loved the room with it's little kitchenette, and it's artistic feel: the handmade wooden wardrobe, little pieces of scuplture here and there, paintings, and the all necessary (for me as I was there to work) desk near the door to the balcony and the magnificent view, the sense of peace and the non-stop singing of the birds. It is true though that it is rather difficult without a car. Despite the very wonderful efforts of Maja and occasionally Balthasar, I did feel frustrated that if I wanted to go anywhere on my own steam there was a hefty walk involved and a huge chunk out of what should have been a day working at the computer. The good news is, I discovered nice people were willing to give me a ride up and down the mountain when I got the courage to hitchhike!

I loved staying at Maja's place, and it was as it is in the photographs. She met me at the road to make sure that I could find the house. Although Maja was not there after the first day of my stay, she introduced me to her friend Maurizio, who gave me his telephone number and told me to call him if I had any problems or requests. When I had one small issue to be resolved (because the internet router stopped working) he could not have been more helpful. The house was lovely and in a very nice spot between Camaiore and Pedona. Overall, I had an excellent time at Maja's house, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others, or to use it again in the future.

Maja gave us a warm feeling of welcome in her house, which was filled with an authentic sphere of art, space and quietness. We sensed a positive energy in and around the house. A house with a soul in which we felt at ease en could relax. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony and the garden with herbs and pieces of art al around. The house offers all the comfort we required. The small charming kitchen was sufficient to prepare small meals. We also enjoyed to explore the environment and love Toscane.

I loved stayed at the Artist's house so much I hope to return in September to stay for a whole month at the least. The space I occupied while there was clean, spacious and inspiring. And if you like to be surrounded by nature, like I do, you will be in heaven here. Furthermore, Maja herself is a lovely woman who's also a gifted, multi-talented artist who was an inspiration to me. I highly recommend staying at the Artists house and feel quiet certain you will too.

We had a wonderful stay at Maja's place. The room is private with its own outdoor area looking out into nature. The bathroom is big, clean and functional with a good hot shower. The location is udeal for outdoor types. we went on walks and runs from Maja's place. We also enjoyed looking around and eating in local town Camaiore. The rope were friendly. We felt like we had escaped the tourist trail. Maja was a great host. She provided guidance on request but also allowed for us to have our privacy. It is a homely place. Breakfast was generous healthy and fresh. Thanks Maja!

Maja's house is a real slice of heaven. Imagine driving up a private driveway that winds through the forrest, until you arrive at a quaint old stone Tuscan house, the perfect mountain retreat. Every dab of colour, every piece of furniture, every window at Maja's house - seems to just make you happy and inspire you! Guests get a COMPLETELY PRIVATE home - the whole private lower floor of the house with a cosy living room, study, kitchen, bedroom, lavish and renovated bathroom and a stunning private balcony with a view to the mountains. Maja herself is simply adorable, so talented and brilliant, you will enjoy her authentic Tuscan breakfasts and lovely smile, but she is also very respectful of guest's space. Maja's house is a dream. The only downside is ever having to leave it!

We spent a week at the house in Camaiore hills and would go back any day! The arrival was easy, Nicola's father meet us at the small town and showed us the way. The road to the house is steep, but accessible to an experienced driver. We didn't have any trouble. The family was extremely friendly and presented us with food and water upon arrival and helped us with whatever questions or needs we might have. At the same time we felt private in the apartment and its small terrase. The apartment itself lived up to all our wishes. It was both modern and historic. It was newly renovated and extremely clean. And it was spacious to host our family of two adults and three small children. The views are stunning and the area quiet. We enjoy watching the stars at night or following a thunderstorm as it roared in the distant mountain tops. The location is perfect for small town visits, the beaches which are among the best I've tried in Italy, and visiting iconic cities such as Pisa and Lucca.

We were warmly welcomed by Nicolas father Piero in Camaiore, who showed us how to get to the house. The location is fantastic and the steep road to the house is absolutley doable after the instructions of Piero. The house was very very clean and pretty. The kitchen is well equiped and with the little terrasse spot, where we enjoyed our breakfast and dinners, we could absolutley not ask for more. Piero and his wife spoiled us the whole week with sweet treats and checked on our well being. We felt like being at home. We would totally come back to Camaiore and recommend the house for travelers who look for a non touristic, peaceful and beautiful place.

What a very great location and isolation from the rest of civilization but close to the sea and other many great destinations. Nicola and his parents were caring and perfect host for us. Arrival and meeting were extremely well organized and highly feasible. The house is equipped with what has been described and well stocked. It lacks nothing.

Beautifully located apartment, elegantly equipt in cottage style. After resting a full day after the scary drive uphill (really only for experienced drivers!) we just loved staying here. The view over sea is fantastic! We felt very welcome, being led up the mountain first night by Nicolas father. We were offered laundry service as part of the stay, and the family shared their dinner with us one night. The house was clean and well equipped, the rooms spacy and the beds good. And again: breathtaking views from all windows and terrasse. No aircon, but a little wind from the sea made it comfortable. All in all a very nice experience to stay her, that we will recommend to everybody with a steady heart and courrage enough to try the 6 very steep and curvy road turns up hill. You will feel on top of the world on the third day when you drive it like an Italien! Otherwise, do accept the offer of taxi drive by the family from the nearest village...!

Great place

The house is beautiful, fully equipped and comfortable. Located on a hill with an amazing view on a valley. Very nice surrounding but also a good location to make a trip e.g. to Cinque Terre, Pisa or the beach. The drive through an old olive grove was a bit challanging but we made it with our fiat panda. You can also make a little exercise and walk the way on foot. The host was very friendly welcoming and helpul.

The location of the house is wonderful !!!! From the edge of the pool you can admire beautiful sunsets and the conformance of the terrain makes it a frame

Claudia was a perfect hostess! What a great stay. The apartment was beautiful and clean and was well equipped. The price announced doesn't include electricity, cleaning, linens and towels but her apartment is priced very fairly to allow for these add-ons. The location is fantastic and the pool held our children over nicely during down time. We highly recommend this location.

Claudia is a very nice and accommodating hostess. She spoiled us with prosecco, cakes and cherries. Fresh flowers were provided at the property and Claudia gave us great advice on places to visit and restaurants. She speaks very good English and so communication was easy. The pool was pleasantly tempered and we had a view of Viareggio and the sea. Thanks for the great stay!

Claudia's place is perfect for a little 'getaway' or pittstop on the road. Located near the top of a fairly steep hill, the views make up for the drive! Probably wouldn't stay there if you didn't have a car. Plenty of room for a small family, or two couples. We had everything we needed although we didn't use the kitchen while we stayed. Claudia was very helpful to settle us in and welcomed us with a bottle of wine! Would recommend, great value for the price. Air con helped cool the place down before bed.

Strategic location near the sea, close to the mountains, close to art cities: Pisa, Lucca, Pietrasanta at the same time secluded, quiet spectacular view we were helped by the full moon. The small saltwater pool is very pleasant, kitchen equipped dishwasher oven etc. . Beautiful situation very helpful Claudia who suggested us places and beaches always available.

We had a great week at Claudia. The way to the house is curvy, long and not available in the navi but for that you will end up with a bombigen pool and a fantastic view. The apartment is nicely divided and in the kitchen everything is necessary. Nothing was the best place for us. In the evening we did not feel comfortable in the living kitchen. But that is rather individual feeling. Claudia was always tried and always attainable even if it unfortunately happened that dates were not kept. We definitely had a great time and would love to come back!

En plus vous êtes très bien accueillis avec une délicieuse bouteille de vin ;-) Vous êtes en pleine nature entouré des cigales et des oliviers. A noter à 20 minutes de marche un restaurant familial au cœur d'un petit village authentique. Que demander de mieux !

Camaiore is a little charming town and the apartment has a huge potential but it requires some work to be done to be worth the money. The bed frames were extremely noisy, the mattresses and bed linen very old and uncomfortable. The lovely kitchen got ruined by the smell from the pipes. And the leaking and not draining properly shower wasn't great either. The worst probably was the buzzing loud noise of the air con unit in the smaller bedroom that forced us to move our mattress to the kitchen. As explained by Camilla it was the water pipe that cleans itself and there is not much that can be done about it but I truly think that it should be looked into before the new arrivals.

We had a beautiful day - a wonderful apartment with every conceivable comfort! Camaiore is a good starting point for exploring Tuscany - from beach in Viareggio to culture in Florence everything is within a short time. Thanks for the hospitality, Camilla!

I was in the apartment of Camilla in late August is lovely, well-kept and very central! The hotel is strategically situated for those wishing to stay in camaiore for those who want to move to Lido Camaiore (10 'by car)! Camilla was friendly, helpful and welcoming! Home away for family!

Tastefully furnished apartment, cool even on the hottest days, with a romantic view on the central square. Very spacious for a family of 4, especially because combines the beautiful to the practical, I would say perfect for enjoying a few days off. Thanks to Camilla, very helpful and nice!

We stayed in the period from mid-July 2014 to early August 2014 here a very pleasant time. The apartment is located in a nice house and is very centrally located in the center of Camaiore. From the windows you can experience the daily Italian life immediately. We have this very enjoyed with his soundscape. However, for guests who are sensitive to noise, which can be a problem. Account of its location, you always have the possibility to make all necessary purchases in Camaiore. You will find all shops for daily life as well as small cafes and bars. The apartment has all the charm described in the profile. The rooms are very nicely designed and are a good size. It is pleasantly clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The Internet access was also given. Camilla is a very nice and helpful host who helped us with all concerns directly to the page. She speaks very good English, but also very good German, so communication shown no problem. She was always available, so that every problem could be solved immediately. At this point, once again many thanks to Camilla. The apartment offers the opportunity to take trips from here in the surrounding area with its central location. Also the beach is not very far away. We had an amazing time in Camaiore and Camilla is an excellent host. The location is great for exploring the region and easy trips to the beach. Excellent markets just off the square as well. This apartment is a lovely place to stay - beautifully furnished, perfect tuscanian atmosphere (with marble in the bathroom and kitchen), and fantastic view an the mediterranian sea! Monteggiori is cosy, quiet and under a charm of ancient surroundings - one can only wish to stay! As we only had a short time, we promise to come back! Manuela & Stefano were amazing hosts. From pre-booking questions right through to our final morning at their beautiful house they were helpful, responsive and available. We ran into them at the local grocery and often in the street and they were always up for a quick chat which really added to our enjoyment of our stay. The property is exactly as described and better that we could have imagined in real life. They helped orient us with the house, the village and the surrounding area. Stefano even made a reservation for us the night we arrived at the restaurant in town. A much appreciated breakfast was provided for the first morning and a bottle of wine was waiting for us in the kitchen. It was really a dream come true for our family to live in a medieval village. The town is close to the sea and many tourist attractions including Lucca and Pisa. We found the location central for driving to other towns including Cinque Terre and Volterra.

We really fell in love with this little corner of paradise! First, we must emphasize the very warm welcome from Stefano and Manuela and their little touches on arrival: wine bottles, chips, small welcome cake, all for breakfast the next day, flowers in the apartment ... in short, everything to make the finish in this apartment a nice party! The apartment is spacious, bright, clean ... It feels good when you go through the small door. Most importantly, when you approach the window of the living and that of the chamber, one is amazed by the view of the valley and the sea in the background. And if you arrive at sunset, the show is just beautiful! The apartment is located in a small medieval village on top of a hill. You leave your car in the parking lot below and will survey the single lane in old stones of this charming little village. This is not what is most convenient, but the charm is such that we appreciate this little walk of a few minutes. The village has no trade (thus essential car) with the exception of the restaurant to a hundred meters "the terazze be" very good, friendly and a view breathtaking .... In the end, it took start and we met Manuela and her two adorable children ... Also nice that their dad / husband. We will return with great pleasure. We really fell in love with this little paradise! First, we must EMPHASIZE the very warm welcome from Stefano and Manuela and Their little touches on arrival: bottles of wine, chips, Italian cookies, everything for the next day breakfast, flowers in the apartment ... In short, everything to make your arrival a great time! The apartment is spacious, bright, clean ... You feel home as soon as you get through the small door. And Especially When You get close to the window: the view on the valley and the sea in the background is amazing! And at sunset time, the show is just beautiful! The apartment is Located in a small medieval town on top of a hill. You leave your car in the parking lot below and you lot Then climb the alley single stone of this charming little village. This is not very convenient, purpose The Few minute walk is really charming and you finally enjoy it. The Village Has No shop or market (Having a car is a must) except the restaurant located a hundred meters above "The terazze be" very good, friendly and a breathtaking view from the terrace .... At the end, We had to leave and we met Manuela and her two lovely children ... No doubt we will go back at Stefano and Manuela's place !!!

Our hosts were extremely helpful & charming; they were responsive as we set up the reservation and immensely helpful orienting us once we got there. The apartment was charming and very comfortable for a family of four. Outside of the over-run touristy towns, the apartment is located in a quiet mountain village that is small and beautiful (and with friendly neighbors). With a car, Cinque Terre was easily accessible, as were Pisa, Lucca and the beaches of Viareggio. The hosts went out of their way to help us find medical care for our child. The pictures and description were true to the experience.

Manuela and Stefano were super friendly and told us a lot about the area. Also, you have made sure that we had a delicious breakfast and even pasta was available for the first dinner. The apartment has been beautifully renovated, it was not lost the original Touch. The apartment is in a small village off the beaten track. Fantastically idyllic. If you like the peace and something special, which you can recommend this apartment.

Our experience was just fantastic! The apartment was exactly as the pictures and description and even nicer in person. The Village was quiet and romantic. It's a very central location to a lot of the Italian places of interest. Manuela & Stefano were wonderful hosts. They stocked the fridge with breakfast foods for the whole week we were there. They always were available for directions to places and advice on where to go and how to get there. I HIGHLY recommend this place. We can't wait to go back!

Wonderful place in the countryside. Ideally located to visit many interesting/ beautiful places: Lucca, Pisa, Cinque Terre... Close to Pietrasenta, a nice small town, great for aperitivi! Also close to Viareggio, famous for its very long beach. Manuela and Stefano were very friendly and helpful, giving us many indications about the region and having many nice attentions . They let us everything we needed for the first breakfasts and even offered us a bottle of wine. The house is nice, very calm and very well equipped . We highly recommend this place!

Beautiful views and peaceful location, rustic style, I really liked it. Convenient for day trips. The road up gets narrow but I got used to it and easy to do in a smaller car. Candalla river is nearby and great to explore. Friendly relaxed hosts, thank you.

Ludovica's place is a charming house: it has a great typical tuscan view with a very nice garden. The flat is spacious and contrary to some previous comment we found it quite fresh (it has high ceilings so you don't feel the heat). Ludovica is very welcoming: she made sure we had everything we needed and gave us some tips on a great restaurant. I highly recommend it!

A unique and secluded place that has beautiful scenery and quiet surroundings. The drive up the narrow road is difficult at first but you quickly get used to it. A nice slice of Italy.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt bei Ludovica. Sie ist sehr freundlich und hat sich öfters erkundigt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach aber schön. Nur die Anfahrt ist etwas schwer, da das Haus etwas abgelegen und nur über eine enge Straße zu erreichen ist. Mit unserem Ford Focus Kombi ging das aber.

Ludovica und ihre Mitbewohner sind sehr offene und freundliche Menschen, wir haben uns sofort Willkommen gefühlt. Der Blick von Schlafzimmer aus ist filmreif . Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit wir kommen wieder !

We had an excellent stay with Valeria and her boyfriend (He also offered us glass of tasty wine!). Her house is so beautiful and we could not have been treated better. Valeria is very lovely and warm host. She explained us what is nearby and recommended really delicious ice cream. She let us to use her kitchen and she made space for our food in the fridge. We recommend.

Valeria is a great hostess - very open, friendly and courteous, they did their best to our (me and my girlfriend) Welfare and we felt from the start very well. Upon arrival they gave us the room key and has the most important in the apartment / explains shown. They also gave us tips on what we can look at in the area and where we can eat. And these tips were great! Valeria had to work a lot, still time, however, has taken on the last night to sit with us on the terrace with a beer. The first impression a very nice and open hostess has just confirmed once again. The house and our room were very clean. Best has given me the terrace like - very quiet and large. Here we had breakfast every day. The bathroom is very tastefully decorated. The main room is large, with a balcony and simply decorated, with everything in it you could need. A minor drawback is the noisy street. With the windows closed it is much better, however, take place at night and a little warm. but thus no change to the overall - it was great. We had a car and were quickly at the beach or in the mountains. It was a great holiday and partly because we have booked this hotel in Valeria. Thank you Valeria!

We had a pleasant stay Valeria, a very friendly and welcoming host (who speaks excellent French!). The room is very large, clean and functional, just like home. Valeria is good advice and makes you feel very comfortable upon arrival. A very good place to discover the northern Tuscan coast (Carrara, Pietrasanta ...) highly recommended!

Valeria was very kind and hospitable, even went to the train station to pick us up! The room was very clean and tidy, and we enjoyed our conversations with her!

Valeria's apartment was extremely beautiful and cozy. She has a funny cat and a nice daughter. We had some problems about conciliating the arriving time so in return she gave us a lift to the supermarket and the beach. It's a pity that she works a lot because we would have talked to her more. :) Her place is 30 minutes from the beach which requires some commuting and the room was a bit loud during the night even with the windows closed, so if you are the tipe who can't bare sleeping with loud traffic then it's not for you.

Very welcoming and helpful host, lovely home, excellent facilities. Nice location, close shops and cafes - we used public transport easily (with a little patience) to travel to surrounding areas. The cat is very cool! We had a great experience and we were sad that we could not stay longer to enjoy the company of Valeria and her family.

We had a really good time in your house. It was just like the pictures showed: clean, cosy and a wonderful fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed many lovely dinners in the garden. Great bbq! Neighour Alberto grows great vegetables and sells homemade pasta sauce, great red wine all you need for a good dinner. We were glad Giorgio gave us exact address details, the front view of the house looks different from the pictures. Walking downhill to restaurant Sera una Volta was easy and fun (accompanied by Alberto's dog) enjoyed great food there and the limoncello was a good motivator to climb uphill again. Quite a climb, but it's a good road. Small and steep. Wonderful pool. Lido di Camaiore was wonderful as well. Looking for a good place to stay? I would definetly recommend Giorgio's place!

Welcoming was warm, should be cleaner, and she did everything that was in her power to make us conformable, only that there was no airconditioning, but beside all of that it was great.

A perfect place to explore the area: Lucca, Pisa, Viareggio and more. The road to get to the house is quite a challenge at first (we are Dutch, so not used to mountains) but does has its charm :) Sonia is nice and available for questions.

It was easy to find with Sonia's directions. The apartment was surprisingly private and the view was excellent, would recommend!

We had a wonderfull stay in Sonia's appartement. It has a beautifull view of the surrounding mountains and you can even watch the sea while dining or during breakfast. It had everything we needed! I recommand this appartement. - Het was echt een geweldig uitzicht, wat hoger in de bergen met uitzicht op de Middellandse zee. Mijn vriendin en ik hebben een fantastische week achter de rug! Je moet wel met de auto komen, want er is geen OV en je moet van slinger weggetjes omhoog houden (maar daarom kies je volgens mij ook voor Toscane). Er is geen internet of tv, maar dat is in mijn ogen een pre, even uitrusten! Er is trouwens wel een goede mobiele internet verbinding. Camaioure is een fijn stadje, maar ga vooral naar Lucca, de Aqupaanse Alpen, en Florence, vermijd de autostrada, de secundaire wegen zijn zoveel mooier! We hebben Sonia niet veel gezien, maar dat kwam vooral omdat wij veel onderweg waren, we kregen een hartelijk welkom en alles verliep soepel. Het contact vooraf met Sonia liep ook perfect! Het is een zeer rustige buurt, met maar een paar huizen in de omgeving en je hebt een mooie privé plek. Ik raad het aan voor mensen die een goede uitvalsbasis willen hebben om Toscane te verkennen.

Sonia é stata gentilissima in tutto. L'appartamento è pulito, con cucina attrezzata di tutto, ampi spazi ed un giardino esterno da vivere nella quiete del posto. È confortevole, silenzioso ed immerso nella tranquillità e nella natura. Per chi vuole veramente staccare la spina da tutto é una manna dal cielo. In 15 minuti si è al mare, in 5 minuti in paese con tutte le comodità.

L'ubicazione è davvero un angolo di paradiso. Peccato che l'appartamento sia in condizioni peggiori di quanto appare in fotografia e avrebbe decisamente bisogno di manutenzione (i muri si scrostano per l'umidità, le zanzariere sono rotte, lo stipite della porta del bagno non è fissato). La pulizia, inoltre, è stata poco accurata: capelli negli angoli, polvere nei cassetti, muffa intorno alla vasca, ragnatele, salviette che puzzavano di muffa... Insomma, il prezzo è basso ma questo non giustifica l'incuria.

Patrizia is very open, friendly and full of humor. They also respect the privacy. On arrival we were given a bottle of wine with olives. A large division of a large house. Highly recommended

We spent a few days with our little family, for our dog there was even a welcome gift, thanks again. Corsanico is a schnuckliges village with beautiful paths, when traveling on foot. By car it's very adventurous. Patty really has a great property with wonderful views, it is always available and very hospitable. The apartment itself is comfortable and charmingly decorated, but has its best times behind itself. In the kitchen there is everything you need, unfortunately, left us by our predecessors, the kitchen equipment and utensils not really clean.

We felt in Patty's property very well. She is a very nice and hospitable person and has done everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We arrived late at night at the property and there already all restaurants and supermarkets were closed, Patty has even cooked us dinner! The next morning she also has invited us for coffee and a small breakfast. Also any other questions or problems she was always approachable and available to us. The apartment is very nice and quiet, with a beautiful garden and views of the countryside. The place is absolutely sufficient for two people, with more people you should possibly look for a somewhat larger accommodation. Although Patty lives in the same house, one is in the apartment completely undisturbed, it also has its own entrance and gets from Patty and the animals with nothing, if you do not want. Who is looking for a nice and quiet location, is the right place for Patty. However, one should have a car available, because as the apartment is somewhat isolated in the mountains, it is difficult without a car to get to other places. We were way until Patty's second guest, which explains why it has still not received any feedback. We can only recommend their accommodation, if you are looking for a quiet location to make excursions to the surrounding area. And Patty has a really nice and very funny hosts :-)

La casa di Patrizia gode di una vista davvero magnifica sulla Versilia. Per arrivarci si attraversano, attraverso stradine tortuose che si inerpicano sulle colline ai piedi delle Apuane, alcuni borghi molto caratteristici, che meritano una breve visita. Da lì si raggiunge il mare in circa mezz'ora e sipossono fare escursioni in giornata a Serravezza, Pietrasanta, all'Antro del Corchia, etc. L'appartamento è ampio e dotato di una camera matrimoniale e di un divano letto in sala, cucina e bagno. Si può inoltre oziare in giardino approfittando delle comode sdraio per gustarsi il paesaggio nel silenzio più totala. Patrizia è stata molto disponibile. Anche a fronte di una difficoltà oggettiva dovuta alle mie allergie ai gatti, veri padroni del luogo:-), mi ha aiutato a risolvere il problema e alla fine siamo stati molto bene. Patrizia è inoltre una donna molto simpatica ed è stato un piacere conoscerla e scambiare quattro chiacchere. Consigliato a chi ama togliersi dal caos e non ha problemi a prendere l'auto per muoversi in vacanza.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Alles ist so wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Patty ist eine sehr fröhliche, kommunikative und fürsorgliche Gastgeberin. Ihre Katzen und Oscar, der Hund, sind bestens erzogen und stören überhaupt nicht das Urlaubsidyll. Die Straße und der Eingang zum Quartier sind zwar sehr kurvenreich - immerhin gehts auf 300 m hoch -, aber auch für größere Autos mit etwas Geschick gut zu meistern. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Il Cinghialiano is a little diamond in this region. It is definitely recommended if you prefer to stay in a quiet and authentic Tuscan villa in a friendly village on top of the mountain, instead of staying in a crowded and noisy appartment close to the beach (which is only 30 minutes far by car, the way itself is also very nice). The village has an amazing view to the sea and also to the mountains which gave us the perfect match. The appartment was perfectly clean and nice (just as it is on the pictures) and also a welcome package was prepared for us (wine, bread, jam and coffee). Veruska, our host was very nice, kind and helpful, waiting for us in the late night when we arrived, and she accompanied us to the appartment and showed us everything(URL HIDDEN)

beautiful property located in a village rather high reached by a road with several hairpin bends. The house was impeccable, clean and equipped with everything! Very kind to omaggiarci with products for breakfast and a bottle of white wine. The pool was nice. ideal place for those seeking peace and quiet in complete way.

Mieliśmy wspaniałych dni w Pedona. Wysoko w górach oazą spokoju nam odebrany, gdzie jesteśmy zawsze chętnie wracać po długim wycieczki rowerowe, wycieczki i dni plażowych. Dom jest pięknie odnowiony, wszystko funkcjonalne i dobrze wyposażone. A ogród szeregowy z basenem zaprasza na relaks i schłodzić. Kilka apartamenty wynajmowane są w domu, ale nie są w drodze. Są na tyle przytulne miejsce dla wszystkich! Szczególnym plusem w Pedona: autentyczna restauracja, bar przez Barbara (z pięknymi widokami na morze) i sklep spożywczy, w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie - jako rodzaj przedłużonego kuchni. Całkowicie warto!

We found with this apartment exactly what we were looking for. From the beginning we felt very comfortable. The apartment and the garden were as well as the pool very well maintained. Our children were also impressed. Claudia was always approachable. We would like to book the apartment again.

Wir waren zwei Paare und ein Hund und wurden sehr freundlich von Claudia empfangen. Die Wohnung ist zu viert ideal, auch der Hund konnte frei laufen, da der private Garten eingezäunt ist. Den Pool mit toller Aussicht teilt man sich mit der 2. Ferienwohnung und der Familie von Giacomo der auch im Haus wohnt. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wohnte auch Claudia mit Ihren 2 Hunden im Haus. Tagsüber konnten wir uns super im Garten und am Pool entspannen. Abends war es nicht so entspannt... Es war sehr heiss, da half auch nicht, dass wir alle Fenster und Türen offen hatten. Die Betten waren auch eher einfach und nicht so bequem. Doch das schlimmste war der Geräuschpegel! Am Wochenende wurde im Dorf gefeiert, wir konnten bis 3 Uhr morgens "mitfeiern". Dazu kam JEDE Nacht ein schier endloses Hundegebelle, was so laut war, dass wir glaubten die Hunde stehen vor der Tür... Apropos Hunde: Der Parkplatz dient als Hunde/Katzenklo, man sollte aufpassen, wenn man aus dem Auto aussteigt. Ein Auto sollte man unbedingt dabei haben, um mobil zu sein! Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und Claudia war immer erreichbar und kümmerte sich super um unsere Anliegen. Gegen Gebühr bekommt man auch Handtücher, Bettzeug, Strom und Gas.

Appartamento confortevole in posizione fresca e tranquilla sulle colline di Piano di Mommio. Dista circa 15 minuti dalle spiagge più vicine ed è in posizione comoda per raggiungere le belle città dell'entroterra. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario e Claudia è disponibile per ogni informazione e necessità. Perfetto per chi desidera relax di ritorno dalla spiaggia e dalle escursioni.

Luciana was very accommodating even though I arrived late and had to change my schedule a few times (thank you so much!). She even left me some home made jam and some treats when I got there (yum), as well as advice for things to do in the area. The apartment is great. Best location if you're looking to stay in the town center, everything neat and comfy. I fully recommend this place! and Camaiore is such a lovely genuine Tuscany town. Great stay :)

Luciana is a lovely, helpful and courteous Gastgeberinn with a small basket of home-made jams and the most necessary for the first day, we were greeted at the apartment. The apartment is small but equipped with fine and all that, you need for nice and pleasant holiday. Luciana is always accessible and available for questions is always available. Location bellissima con panorama mozzafiato, immersa nella natura delle colline toscane. Perfetta per coppie e famiglie che amano la tranquillità e la riservatezza. L'appartamento è in cima ad un colle e le stradine per raggiungerlo sono abbastanza impervie...fatica assolutamente ripagata dal posto e dalla gentilezza dell'host!

Malgré l'arrivée un peu compliquée en voiture ( mais prévenus avant l'arrivée, tea Avec les indications de Claudia ) la vue de la terrasse et de la piscine sont exceptionnelles. Le calme est très agréable, je recommande vivement !

Comfortable, clean apartment in the center of Camaiore. The apartment is all for your convenience, there are a lot of restaurans and cafes with delicious food. 15 minutes drive to an excellent beach. We really enjoyed. Claudia is very positive, answers quickly. I recommend!

Alloggio perfetto. Claudia e il suo papà sono stati veramente gentilissimi. La casa era pulitissima,grande e con tutti i confort e sopratutto nel pieno centro. Siamo stati benissimo. Assolutamente consigliata. Anche il parcheggio..tutto gratuito..Noi speriamo di ritornarci al piu presto. Grazie ancora al nostro host.

Claudia è stata un host molto precisa e disponibile. Ha fatto il possibile per venirci incontro con molta gentilezza. L'appartamento è spazioso e pulito, in una posizione strategica perché centralissima ma tranquilla. Non possiamo che consigliarlo per un soggiorno piacevole e alla portata di tutte le mete più interessanti. La stessa Camaiore è una località davvero bella!
