Cosy studio flat, secluded location, pool, garden.

With its own independent entrance this studio flat is in a renovated Provençal farmhouse. Access is via some steps to the bedroom /dining area with a small kitchen. There is no outside eating space for the flat itself, but there are a number of outdoor eating places in the main garden. Avec son accès indépendant, ce petit studio fait partie d’un mas provençal. Il n’y a pas de terrasse propre au studio mais il y a un grand nombre d’emplacements pour manger ou se relaxer dans le jardin principal.

10 km from Vaison, close to Mont Ventoux. 1 hour from the leases, from the Camargue. The cottage is 35 m2 with a large bright living room and a large upstairs bedroom with 1 large bed, overlooking the vineyards. On the property there is 1 other cottage, all independent of each other. We also live on the property.. We welcome babies as long as they don't walk. ( Pool and stairs are not secure). Park, shared pool with stunning views of Séguret.

"The Little House"

The small house is out of sight with independent access, a nice outdoor space to eat there. It is located 400 m from the village on foot, on the wine route with many cellars to discover but not that.. you will be 20 minutes from the lace of Montmirail, 30 minutes from Avignon as well as Montélimar, the gorges of the Ardèche are 35 min away... Many trails to do by foot or by bike are also nearby. (Sheets are provided but towels are provided)
