Brand new - but not quite perfect yet...

Hello dear guests, I rent you a nice, bright and quiet two-room apartment with balcony. It is located on the 2nd floor, there is an elevator. The apartment is 60 sqm large, is freshly renovated and brand new and furnished with love. However, there are still some things missing at the moment, such as rugs, drapes, and pictures. But it won't be long before the apartment is fully furnished. It lies close to the university, and you can also get to the center quickly.

We (Linda, Flori, child, child and dog) live in the beautiful small town of Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe is located about 75 km from Berlin and can be reached optimally by train. In 2013 we had the opportunity to buy a property right on the water. In addition to our now fully renovated single-family house, our cottage located directly on the waterfront is also located on the property, which we have now also partially renovated.
