This is our new go to beach place. The cottage is perfect, has everything you could need. Clean and sooo comfy. Drink coffee in the am and watch the dolphins from the porch or stay in and still watch the dolphins, that’s how perfect it is. We will be back next year but will be adding a few extra days !!

Lulu’s place was the perfect location. We had a great stay and the cottage had everything we could need - including heated floors in the bathroom, a welcome surprise in February! Just steps from the porch to the beach and very welcome omg. 10/10!

Egret at Holden Beach was spectacular! Sparkling clean, every amenity you could think of, and beach views from almost every angle. My spouse and I had a wonderful anniversary trip to Lulu's and look forward to coming back!

Edie & her husband Doug were very friendly. They were very pleasant and Doug showed us around the house and gave us a tour of where things were. I would recommend staying at this place! They had everything we needed and it was so cozy and comfy! Everything was sparkling clean and they had a private living room for us to watch tv and a personal Keurig. If I needed anything I would call Edie and she would pick up the phone immediately. Great people & very helpful!

In terms of location in downtown Wilmington, I imagine you will struggle to find somewhere right in the hear of it all! You’re within walking distance of most of the big attractions to the downtown area. The place was very clean, and it was a perfect space for my girlfriend and me fir a couple nights.

Joe’s place was such an awesome place to stay! He kept in constant contact with us when we had questions and was so pleasant to talk to! The location is in the heart of Downtown and within walking distance to all of the bars, restaurants, shops, etc. (Directly across from a SUPER nice/ clean Waffle House which was super convenient for breakfast!) The apartment was much bigger than I had anticipated and was totally spotless! We will definitely be staying here again very soon! Thanks Joe!!😊

Joe's place is convenient to the convention center, river walk and college. Lots of dining available within a short walk. Check in was a breeze and Joe responded quickly to any questions I had. If you're looking for a comfortable, quiet place in central Wilmington with full kitchen you should check it out.

Communication was excellent! Location was perfect for walking around downtown!

A very cute place in downtown Wilmington. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Parking deck was easily accessible.

The location is truly great. Walking distances to many things. There is even a Waffle House right in front. Lol. The only window faces the back of the building. Prefer if it was facing front at but It was still nice as it’s lined with the plane path and see planes going by. Bed was comfortable. A little outdated furniture. Overall great experience.

Easy access and near everything

Great space in the heart of downtown Wilmington. So many good eats and drinks within a short walk. The owner is super responsive. I’d recommend it to anyone.

I have travelled to Wilmington several times & this is the BEST location by far! Amazing access to downtown & Joe is a wonderful host. Highly recommend!

I wish I could give Joe's place more than 5 stars. He was excellent at communicating and the apartment could not have been any cleaner. The location was awesome, within walking distance to many different food and drink options. Parking was very convenient and only costs a max of $8 per day. We could not have asked for a better experience!

Easiest most convienent booking I have ever had

Joes place was in a great location right on front street & very stylish. Also, it’s super convenient to be able to pull your car right behind the building to load:unload your things, before you move to the parking garage. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Me and friend took a mini staycation, as I live in Ogden, there over the weekend. It was a great space, in the perfect location. Great proximity to all the downtown shops and eateries. The building is also really quiet and very little outside noise, as to be expected being right on Front St. Joe also answered all my questions within a timely fashion and check in and out instructions were clear. We would definitely stay again!

This is a perfect place for two! It was very nice as well with a rustic look. Whenever I had a question Lisa answered it and got back to me very quickly. I highly recommend this place!

The carriage house was great! My wife and I stayed for a busy wedding weekend in Wilmington so we didn’t get much time to just hang out but Lisa’s place was perfect, convenient to all of the wedding events downtown and she’s an amazing host. Would highly recommend to anyone, from those simply passing through to couples looking for a romantic getaway.

This was the coolest spot for me to stay for a work trip. Incredibly thoughtful touches to the whole property. Lisa is probably by far the best host I’ve ever met! This is by far my favorite Air bnb and I will try to get it every time I’m in the area.

Lisa's space was immaculate! It's the perfect little spot. Super clean, decorated beautifully, and theres so many windows so you get so much beautiful sunlight in! It was a short trip for us but made an absolutely perfect birthday weekend for my girlfriend. Lisa is amazingly hospitable and kind! Cant wait to come back to Wilmington to stay here!

Candy and Dan's place is as good as, if not better than shown in the pictures. It is a cute space, clean, lovely beach touches in the decor and has everything you would need to live for an extended period of time. We spent the month of February in Kure beach and we were pleasantly surprised with the weather, which allowed us to cycle most days and walk the beach (which is just a short walk from the apartment). Candy and Dan shared a wealth of information of the area and are amazing hosts. A perfect relaxing beach retreat.

This spacious apartment was the perfect place for our beach getaway, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We absolutely loved this space and our experience staying with Candy and Dan. The price point, location, clean and well-appointed space and so much more made it one of our best Air Bnb experiences so far! We were also so grateful that they are open to pets and that we were able to share the vacation with our pup! We have visited a number of NC beaches and tried out a variety of different lodging options, and this one really tops the list. Kure beach is quiet and relaxing, and this home made it easy to experience everything the area has to offer while getting in plenty of R&R and being able to drop home for a nap or a rest whenever needed! They provide great recommendations, tons of equipment for enjoying the beach and surrounding areas, and lots of nice extra touches like snacks and mints, etc. We're excited to come back and visit soon!

This was our first time staying at an Airbnb and it was a great experience. The place was very clean and has an easy access to the beach. Several great food places within walking distance which was a plus for us since we had to order takeout since we have an 18 month old who refuses to sit in a high chair.

Candy and Dan were very gracious hosts. They have a very nice apartment, very close to the beach, perfect for our beach vacation!

Eliza was extremely welcoming and kind! It was a short stay but she made us feel right at home. Her place was super clean and cozy. Her dog was also so friendly and sweet :)

Liza was a perfect host. She accommodated my late arrival twice and was most gracious. The location was charming and downtown Wilmington was close. She is quite knowledgeable and this location is a hidden gem.

Eliza's place was super cute and comfortable, we instantly felt at home. Her tips were great...made me wish I had more time in the city to explore all of her recommendations. Eliza was also super friendly and helpful especially when we got locked out of our car! Also loved hanging with her sweet pup!

Only there overnight, had a race in the morning. Almost didn’t want to leave. Adorable bungalow, very nicely decorated. Very clean and well organized. Eliza was very accommodating and her dog Winnie put the cherry on the stay. Would defiantly stay again.

Perfect location for a visit to Southport. In a residential area and not convenient to walk, but bicycles are available and the neighborhood is very nice.

Such a cute apartment and a cute town! We spent as much time in the apartment as we did wandering Southport, so all the many special touches that made it comfortable and homelike were much appreciated!

Wow! This home is even more wonderful in person than in photos, and the value is truly unbeatable. The location is absolutely perfect and the space is beautiful. Modern and clean while still feeling cozy and welcoming. I wish I could move in! My husband and I stayed here for our wedding, and it was only a block and a half away from our venue which made everything so convenient. My sister rented Judy's other condo which was only two doors down, and having her so close to help me with everything was amazing. Check-in was a breeze, and Judy emailed me the next morning to make sure we settled in well. Excellent host, excellent home. Would love to come stay here for our anniversary next year!

We stayed at Jody’s place in September of 2019 for one night, and we liked it so much that I booked it again for a long weekend while we were in town for my friend’s wedding. Great location, easy access to everything that you could need. Uber’s are prevalent to get to nearby areas; so convenient!

Expect what Jody has described her place to be. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance. The Riverwalk is right out the door.

Great location and nice clean unit. My only complaint (and it’s minor) is that the lock to enter the unit is very difficult to operate.

Divinia and Phil's "No Regret Studio Getaway" Airbnb set in my opinion new heights to Airbnb standards. Their Southern hospitality was not only incredible, but it complimented their charming studio accommodations. My husband and I felt most welcomed and lack no accessibility to other amenities that was provided during our stay. What blew me away was upon our arrival we we warmly greeted, given a tour of our studio apartment and then l lavished with small food options that tapered our hunger before setting out to find a restaurant for dinner. This is the best place on Oak Island! The unit was exceptionally clean. Everything that would be needed for your stay is there! There are so many extras...charging stations for electronics, bikes for visitor use, fire pit. It’s close to everything! Phil and Divina are very nice and gracious hosts! They even left a surprise for my birthday! Everything is just as it is explained in description! If you are ever visiting Oak Island, definitely book a visit! We hope to return soon!

Divina and Phil have an amazing little getaway home away from home here on Oak Island, not only is the beach just such a cozy and happy beach, the place they have makes the trip here even more wonderful. This was my second stay at Phil and Divina’s guest suite. I enjoyed it so much the first time that I had to come back! I was pleasantly surprised to see that they made a few changes over the last year that made the space even cozier and more inviting. Being just a few blocks from the beach and a short walk to the Intracoastal Waterway, there is a lot of serenity readily accessible from this place. Great for those looking for interesting and scenic running or bike routes. Phil and Divina are also exceptional hosts. For the second time, they kept communication up and frequent before I came and checked in on me during my stay to make sure all was well. They’re just great people!

The apartment has easy access from the drive way. Divina and Phil greeted us at arrival and gave us a complete tour. They were available via message or phone to assist. They thought of everything to make you stay pleasurable.

A beautiful space for a family vacation within a very short walk to the beach. One of the best things about this property was the outside shower to rinse off from the beach which is a must have for kids.

This is a cute space right down from the public beach access. Holden beach is so nice with NO crows. We were there on July 4th and there was plenty of room on the beach. The house is well equipped and nicely done. Especially the kitchen. We ended up cooking all of our meals for the entire week! Jen even went out got us a blender when she realized we needed one! If you looking for a true value right off the beach, this is it!

The house is nicely furnished and extremely clean, add that to it’s great location and it is a tremendous value!

Donavan’s Reef on Oak Island was the perfect house to get away at the beach. The house was well appointed, clean and in a great location. Beach access is extremely close, the front porch offers super ocean views and dolphin spottings! It is in a great location for bike riding, which we did almost every day. Grocery stores and shops are close by as well as oceanfront dining at the local piers. Love it here and I hope to come back! Deb Morton

Great clean cabin was beautiful views and ocean sounds. The first night is rained and we could hear the rain pelting the ceiling/roof. We enjoyed and relaxed the entire time we were there.

We had such an amazing experience at Holly's place! It is absolutely beautiful with gorgeous decor and awe inspiring ocean views. We have been telling all of our friends and family about Donovan's Reef and we can't wait to book our next vacation there. Holly is wonderful with excellent communication. Look no further because I promise you that you won't find another place as beautiful or affordable as Donovan's Reef!

As others have noted , a comfortable house in a great location. It’s an older house, well furnished and comfortable to stay and cook. Sitting on the beach side deck was lovely, we ended up getting a small umbrella to provide some shade. Kitchen with basics, appreciated the capacity to make dinners.

Such a wonderful cottage in the best of the best locations! We saw amazing sunsets and we’re steps from the ocean! Liz was a pleasure to work with and I would go back in a heartbeat!

If you’re coming to Oak Island I would absolutely recommend Jason’s place! Right on the beach with plenty of amenities for whatever the weather throws at you. Spotless when we got there, with clear instructions for everything in the house. We particularly enjoyed the Xbox & included games when it rained. 5 stars!

I would highly recommend staying here! We had six adults comfortably stay with room to spare for a family weekend. The location is incredible! We loved the open concept of the space inside, and the views of the ocean from everywhere inside made it that much more special. We absolutely loved waking up and having a cup of coffee on the deck while looking at and listening to the ocean. Jason was super helpful and responded promptly to everything! Would highly recommend staying here and we are definitely coming back!

We had a great stay at Family Tides and will definitely be back! The location and views can’t be beat. Sipping coffee on the deck,watching the waves crash was the most relaxing part of the day. Sinking into the new, high end mattresses at night guaranteed a restful sleep. The house had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home - modern amenities and board games to keep us entertained and a well stocked kitchen so we could prepare delicious meals. I highly recommend staying here!

This is a fabulous place to stay. You are right on the beach. Seriously steps away from the water. Everything inside is done very well. The beds are comfortable. Plenty of glasses, plates and utensils. Bakeware also. Lots of state of the art technology inside. Easy to get to. Jackson is an excellent host. Very prompt responses to questions. Very thoughtful in that he decorated for Christmas, even though I told him he didn’t have to. It made it special for us. He is so nice to work with. I highly recommend this listing.

We had a wonderful time. My husband our dogs and our adult children enjoyed our visit. There was enough space for us to enjoy without feeling cramp. We had plenty of towels and wash clothes and other items that helped make our stay homey. Being able to wake up and sit on the porch, drink our coffee and see the ocean was the best!! We had a great time in Wilmington and the Bird’s Nest was a great getaway for us. It was a nice quiet spot. Everything was super clean. We enjoyed relaxing in the place and had a good time watching a few of the DVDs. We would be glad to come back.

The Birds Nest was such a cute and comfortable stay. The location is right by downtown Wilmington. The interior is superb and up to date. The ceilings are low, but that’s what made it so cozy. Dylan was amazing at quick communication and even called when we had a question for fast response. Thanks Dylan for the amazing stay!!! Definitely recommend!

Lovely cottage with many thoughtful extra touches to make it a special place. Loved the screened front porch and the well appointed fenced in backyard. Located within walking distance of the beach. Susann responded immediately to every communication. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Excellent experience! Everything was very clean and was the perfect size for my girlfriend and I as well as our bernese mountain dog! Plenty of towels, bathroom amenities, pots, pans, coffee, blender, and so forth. The location was great, only a couple blocks from public beach access and plenty of restaurants close by too. Would love to visit again in the warmer months.

Great accommodations especially for a couple that is looking for a nice getaway/weekend stay. A short distance to the beach, and a short trip to downtown. It also has all you would need if you were to plan meals and cook in to save money. A very nice place.

Myle's condo is bright, clean and decorated beautifully with a very comfortable bed. Southport downtown with nice shops and restaurants are within an easy walk. The marina and marsh walk are both extremely close and provide a beautiful location to view stunning sunrises and sunsets.

This place is incredibly well maintained and shows exactly as it does in the pictures. I enjoyed the little touches like the toothbrush and travel sizes by the sink. His communication did not skip a beat while I was booking or asking for an earlier check in time. I’d recommend it to anyone I know coming to this area.

Richard and Alexis are phenomenal hosts! They are excellent communicators, set clear expectations, and do everything they can to make sure you’re comfortable. This cozy home is walking distance to the beach and you can hear the waves from the driveway! This makes catching the early sunrise much more achievable! We will continue to stay here for our beach trips!

Great spot - can walk to tons of restaurants in downtown Wilmington. The place was clean, bed and couch were comfortable, had a great view, and was only 20 minutes from the beach. Basically a straight shot down one highway so it felt very easy to get down there.

Amazing view and location!

Great location. You can walk anywhere and everywhere. The balcony is perfect and the pros definitely outway the cons. Parking is a little walk up the street from there which is no big deal unless its raining or very cold. My only issue is the lock. There is no way to lock the door from the inside except for the little latch at the top of the door. Most people wouldn't care about this, but I guess I am a little too safety conscious. I would feel better with a deadbolt that you can lock from the inside. This wouldn't keep me from staying again, but it's something that I would definitely change if I could. To recap, great place with great location and view.

This is the second time I've stayed here and I'm just as happy as the first time. The location is perfect for walking to bars, breweries and restaurants downtown. I would definitely recommend and I plan on staying here again in the future.

Lovely place with a lot of space. Perfect for a couple, or I went with a good friend and we enjoyed the apartment a lot. Location was convenient to downtown but was a little noisy with road noise, however Ryan was really thoughtful and included ear plugs in consideration. Overall great place to stay!

Nice deck with seating to relax outside and appreciate the pet-friendly option. Owners were responsive and helpful, would definitely consider staying here again.

The house is wonderfully located and has a great use of space. I traveled with my 5 children, so we loved the double bunk beds. It was a short drive to the beach, which made evening walks after dinner very manageable. The only struggle we had was the kitchen pot and pans were difficult to cook with. I would recommend bringing a pan or griddle to make cooking easier. Overall, the place was wonderful and I would definitely recommend to others.

Some friends and myself decided to take a trout fishing trip and had a difficult time finding something in oak island that was close to the boat ramp and fairly priced. I’m thankful we found this home and would highly recommend to anyone.

The house has been recently renovated and is very beautiful. It's a close walk to the boardwalk and restaurants, but we still felt we had our privacy. It was super clean on arrival and Jamie and her husband welcomed us warmly. Unfortunately, our trip was cut short due to Hurricane Dorian, but Jamie communicated with us very well to help us figure out leaving and our refund for our lost days. Shorter trip than we expected, but really enjoyable stay!

Very clean. Super close to board walk. We went to the store and bought TP, Papertowel, dishwasher soap etc before realizing all this was provided. Not expected at all . Above and beyond. Would for sure stay here again.

Jamie’s house was everything we needed and more! It was in a great location that was close to the beach and everything that Carolina Beach has to offer. The house was tastefully furnished, and it felt like such a homey rental. Now we know where to stay when we come back, thank you Jamie for such an amazing experience!

Honestly I did not believe the ad just bring the beach towels. Everything you could think of was at the house with more than enough room. I can't wait until our next vacation because I already know where we are staying. Walked to the carnival at the boardwalk and the beach everyday.

Ada’s place was clean, simple and in a great location. It’s a great place for someone or a couple to stay while they’re vacationing at North Myrtle Beach. Make sure to visit Cherry Grove point or hang out on the dock and watch the sunset from the inlet.
