Rarely is our studio available as it is a much loved little haven for our many return guests. It's a chilled little space with a Scandinavian vibe. Beautiful high quality linens, simple interiors and thoughtful touches make it a perfect base for your Byron escape. We are travellers ourselves and know what we value most when travelling is somewhere stylish, small and close to the action but not noisy. We want you to feel and experience what it is to live like a local. In contrast to this studio is our new Salon de La Sirène. Both are lovingly made havens for our guests. Pieces of us to share. It would be our pleasure to welcome you to our lovely space in Byron Bay. We are situated in a quiet leafy part of the Bay. Our hotel style studio room is stylish and comfortable and everything is brand new. Perfect for a couple or a single guest to enjoy. We are very keen travellers ourselves and always planning a trip to some great place. We hate hotels and accommodation with no heart, so it has been a pleasure to create this little studio in our home with the express purpose of welcoming fellow travellers to our beautiful part of the world. We believe that our studio is lovely and comfortable and it has been carefully and thoughtfully planned with travellers in mind. We look forward to having you to stay! Earlier check in and late check out can be arranged for certain days - just ask. Guests with vehicles can park their cars on the street or in the off street parking area (if space available). Town is a 2 minute drive or a 15 minute walk. Buses are available nearby and taxis are very reasonably priced. Just to stress that this gorgeous studio of ours is attached to our family home. You may hear us from time to time going about our daily lives. No more so than you would in any apartment, as the walls are very well built and insulated, but keep this in mind. Please don't expect to get the entire two storey house to yourselves - it is just the studio that is for rent. If you stay with us then know that you are helping us to pay for the many, many ballet lessons and pointe shoes for our daughter who dreams of dancing in Paris one day. Your money will be very well spent by us! Our place is thoughtfully put together. I make conscious decisions about using really gentle cleaning products, steering clear of chemicals and keeping things green + clean. I use "Thank You" personal care products as I like their ethos. I tend to the garden to make it a special space for my guests. We enjoy hosting. Airbnb guests enrich our lives and we will always work hard to make things lovely for you. The studio is attached to, but separate from our house. You have your own entrance and your own private outdoor area. We provide the basics for your little kitchenette, e.g. fridge, coffee + tea. You could prepare some breakfast or light meals but most guests choose to go to the nearby Roadhouse Cafe or cruise into town for more gourmet options. The bedroom itself has top quality linens, queen size mattress, fluffy bath towels and gorgeous fluffy bath robes and of course, fresh flowers. The bathroom is spacious with a separate toilet. The garden terrace area is lovely as it gives you extra space to relax. If you need to keep track of the world beyond then there is TV and Wifi. As you will see, you are to be independent of us as you have your own entrance etc. We like to give guests their privacy. As we travel a lot too we value our own space so this is definitely not B&B style accommodation. Most people who come to Byron are keen to get out and explore, so you won't be needing us I'm sure of it but of course we are nearby if required. It's a quiet, leafy area, yet so close to everything. A koala has even been known to visit the tree outside the studio. The Roadhouse Cafe is a stone's throw away, there's a yoga studio nearby, and the local beach is within around 15 minutes' walk. There is a bus stop close to our house and taxis and it is an easy walk into town too. Perfect for bikes too. And as mentioned we have two bikes for our guests to use. Please note:- we do not accept any little babies or children in the studio because it is not set up for young ones - so sorry. The studio is attached to, but separate from our house. Maui is a fabulous coastal getaway boasting the perfect location. Situated on Bay Lane in the heart of Byron, it's just a stones throw from Main Beach, the Surf Club & all the culinary delights that Byron has to offer. Maui is perfect for a romantic getaway or business trip. With its own secure free parking spot, you cannot beat the location and convenience. This light & spacious apartment enjoys Ocean breezes from the deck. Enjoy sunsets & sunrises, whilst listening to the crashing waves. AC

Silky Oak Suite - your oasis in Byron

From the moment you step through the gate, you feel the relaxed Byron vibe! It's a 2 min walk to Baz & Shaz's 'pantry', 7 mins to Suffolk village, and 15 mins to Tallow Beach. The centre of bustling Byron is a 10 min drive. The Suite has a king-sized dbl bed, ensuite, private entry, private verandah and courtyard with table and chairs, and a desk in a nook. There's a kitchen cupboard with a microwave, bar fridge, toaster, kettle and crockery suitable for breakfasts and managing takeaway.

The artist’s loft

Lofty and romantic architecture in the best spot in Byron. Sleep up in the canopies in a mezzanine bedroom, wake up to the song of birds + shower beneath the stars under a massive, old silky-oak tree. Step out the door + onto a bush track, which takes you through the Arakwal national park to a quiet beach with a sacred tea-tree lake. You are 200m from Byron's favourite cafe and restaurant, the Roadhouse, where you can have your coffee in the morning and cocktails and pizza in the evening.

We have an IGA supermarket around the corner or stroll down to the beach shared with Elements of Byron 5 star resort.

The Rainforest Guesthouse is a situated in the beautiful sub-tropical rainforest area of the Far North Coast. You are surrounded by gorgeous gardens and 100 metres from our beautiful swimming hole and rainforest. You may spot a koala, platypus or wallaby and you will definitely see many beautiful birds. Sorry no dogs as we have a dog that loves people but not other dogs. 15 minutes to Minyon Falls and the Nightcap National park. 30 minutes to iconic Nimbin. 35 minutes to Byron Bay.
