See additional notes on this, below at the end of the description.  As you arrive, you'll be greeted by the elegant front doors, inviting you into a bright vestibule that sets the tone for the luxury that awaits. Step into the expansive ceilings of the kitchen and living room, where you'll find a fully stocked kitchen equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals, including a Keurig K-Duo Single Serve K-Cup Pod & Carafe Coffee Maker for your slow and relaxing morning coffee. Dine at the island or the beautifully appointed dining table nestled between the kitchen and living areas. The living area is the perfect place to unwind, boasting a cozy gas fireplace, a smart TV, and comfortable leather furniture where you can enjoy your favorite streaming services. A hallway leads to a convenient half bath and a washer/dryer area. Upstairs, you'll find a secondary full bath with a walk-in shower, while the loft game room/bunk area offers entertainment for all ages with a 3-in-1 air hockey, pool, and ping pong table. The bunk bed features a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top, perfect for additional guests. Retreat to the main bedroom, adorned with plush bedding and darkening shades for a restful night's sleep. French doors lead out to the back patio, where you can soak in the serene views of the pines. Mayday

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Close to so many amenities. It does however sit far enough off the road that you can escape the road noise. This place is also perfect if you have your boat. Easy parking. For those of you traveling on a bike you can pull right up underneath the carport and your bike will be parked on concrete. This is a quaint little house I remodeled. Nothing extra fancy but plenty comfortable.
