Our holiday home built in Saxon style was completely renovated in 2019, everything is new and tastefully decorated and equipped with a lot of luxury. The holiday home is located on a small quiet holiday park, this park is located in a wooded area with many hiking and cycling routes. The property has a large garden with complete privacy, with a fireplace and a pizza oven. Our home is directly adjacent to the forest. In short, a perfect place to enjoy!

The apartment is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The University of Applied Sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car ( B67 in the vicinity). A bus stop is very close. Bakers and butchers, as well as grocery store are about 1000 m away. Our house and the apartment are located in a cul-de-sac, public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment practically and comfortably. Bed linen and towels are included.
