Homburg: Romanticism on the green, close to France

Zwischen Wald und Weiden mit Pferden, Schafen und Hühnern, doch nur 5 Kilometer von Innenstadt und Uni liegt die Erdgeschosswohnung mit zwei Zimmern, Wohnküche und Bad mit Wanne am Rand des Biossphärenreservats Bliesgau. Frankreich und die Pfalz sind nah. Das etwa 350 Jahre alte Fachwerkhaus gehört zu einem früheren Gutshof mit mehreren Gebäuden. Ein parkartig angelegtes Gelände umgibt das unter Denkmalschutz stehende Ensemble. Die Wohnung eignet sich für kurzen wie längeren Aufenthalt.

Die neue "Villa Dora"

Nach der Renovierung im Frühjahr 2022 können jetzt 2 Personen im Gartenhäuschen schlafen, jede im separaten Bett. Die Hütte wurde auf 5,4 qm vergrößert. Die neue Tür hat ein Sicherheitsschloss und ist auch von innen abschließbar. Die Fenster haben blickdichte Rollos bekommen. Es gibt einen Heizlüfter, der in kühleren Nächten die Temperatur erträglicher macht. Allerdings macht er auch Geräusche. Eine Solar-Dusche und eine Küchenzeile an der frischen Luft ergänzen nun das Angebot.

Happiness house with garden sauna & fireplace ..hyggelig

We rent a beautiful house with about 120 square meters away from stress and hustle and bustle. With great wellness bath and sauna house in the forest. The house is located about 1km away from Lviv in the middle of the forest. There is a fireplace stove, a freestanding bathtub and spa shower. The beds are comfortable box spring beds. The second bedroom is on the basement floor and has small slabs. Fireworks and parties do not work for us.

The entrance to the apartment leads left past the tower (picture 1) and is separate, through the small conservatory. From there, the 1st bedroom is directly accessible. Following: kitchen, living-dining room, 2nd bedroom with bathroom, closet room. To get from the 1st bedroom to the bathroom, guests must go through the 2nd bedroom. Our village is without tourist ambitions, but by great landscapes surrounded.
