Great location by good beach and close to town

Summer home for rent, right on the beach View to the water and the beach is pretty much right in the backyard. You have the whole place to yourself, 130 sq.m. distributed on 2 floors. It consists of a kitchen/living room, entrances, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a nice large garden with terrace. About 1.5 km to the ice house, where you can also pick up breakfast bread and a small kiosk with barbecue bar, which is open all summer and about 1.5 km to the campsite with pool, which you can use for a small amount.

There is about 700 meters to shopping and bakery. Cosy and peaceful garden, where no facilities should be shared with others. Good hiking trails in the area including the Donss Islands. In addition, bike path to Kolding.

Lovely cottage in a great location.

Holiday home with fantastic location on the south side of Kolding Fjord. The house is 60 m2 with large private terrace and large garden with lawn right down to the beach. A shared private jetty is available. The house is located high above the fjord and guests can enjoy the most amazing views with sun all day from the terrace. There is private parking by the house with room for 2 cars. On the grounds there is a private vineyard, pentaque court, outdoor fireplace, lots of cozy hooks and covered small terrace.

Der er ca 12 km til Kolding og Fredericia . Indkøb ca. 6 km. Vi har en fredelig schæfer hund, som elsker at få besøg.
