Exotic forest view southern hillside, living in nature

The detached apartment is a one-room apartment in a quiet south-facing location (about 400 m above the valley road) with a beautiful terrace from which you have a magnificent view of the opposite exotic forest. Own entrance, new equipment. The two beds can be placed as 2 single beds or as a double bed. Direct access to footpaths in the front Odenwald, 2 km to the city centre, 500 m to the outdoor swimming pool. A car is helpful, the public bus leaves at the bottom of the mountain.

Lovely modern accommodation with terrace

We have just moved into our house and are very excited to welcome you to our new home! The surroundings and the forest are just great - we are very excited ourselves:-) There are endless beautiful hiking trails here, and the view from up here is just amazing! In winter you can walk to the toboggan slope - just walk to the other side of the street;-) In the summer you enjoy the coolest place in the house - when it is hot outside, it is pleasantly cool in the apartment.

The newly renovated apartment has a sleeping/living area with a box spring bed (160x200 cm), a day bed (90x200 cm) and a dining/working table. The kitchen (with washer-dryer) is equipped with all necessities. There is also a shower room as well as a directly accessible (partly covered) private balcony. It also has a television with Netflix access and free high speed WiFi. There is parking space outside the house. Heating and AC are provided.

Vacation in the Odenwald! Just get out and go hiking. Whether on foot or by mountain bike, the nature here is beautiful and versatile. There are some great places and restaurants in Birkenau. But Weinheim can also be reached quickly by car or by bike. Here you can admire the historic old town. Heidelberg and Mannheim offer a lot of attractions and are also not far away and always worth a visit. Many beautiful destinations are waiting for you.
