Uniquely Decorated Hillside Room Overlooking Bilgola Beach

Sleeps 3 with a very comfortable Queen size bed and an optional single roll away bed. Great views and locations. Features full kitchen complete with dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, espresso machine, full size fridge and modern bathroom. Guests can have access to a shared solar heated 10 meter swimming pool however it is part of the main house. Guests have their own entrance and is very quiet and removed from the rest of the house. There is a stunning walk from Bilgola to Newport along a coastal track. Bilgola Beach is popular with locals as it is more protected than other beaches, and has great beachfront cafe. Avalon village is close by with shops, restaurants, and more. Major bus stop is 5 min walk but you can get around by foot as well. Parking is on the street only and there is plenty of parking. There are some stairs to the apartment from the road and driveway, we do have elderly people stay from time to time, however consideration would be need to be given to the stairs. We are available most of the time to help with luggage. We do allow well behaved small dogs however we are not fenced.

The property is just a few minutes stroll from Avalon Village, home to a variety of restaurants, cafes, a heritage cinema, and designer shops . Avalon Beach is also nearby, boasting good surf and a rock pool. The apartment is a couple of minutes walk away from bus stops that will take you to Manly, the City and Palm Beach A starter breakfast kit is provided with cereal, muesli, coffee, tea, milk etc.
