Mike and our conversations made us feel welcome by him coming off polite and curtious. Description of property was very well as when we arrived and viewed in person. Neighbors next to us and in complex were friendly and helpful. We did bring our own BBQ and charcoal with lighter fluid. But found BBQ there when checked in, minus the charcoal. An addition that would be great to have is a patio table & chairs, unless those were for our use (LoL) around corner by other condo unit? Overall great place. Great stay. Good people. View outstanding with the river right there for you. Would use Mike and is property again!

PROS -Beautiful view of the river and the sunset over the mountains is amazing. The dock is where we spent most of our time. -Very nice owner, Mike. He was quick to help if we needed him. -Awesome neighbors, also very kind. They explained the area and gave us good suggestions for where to go/what to do. -Walmart/Safeway and tons of shops in Parker, AZ, just 15 minutes away. -Bug spray on hand (if you don't like bugs, this is not the place for you... there are thousands of moths swarmed around both entrances) -Citronella candles on hand (bug repellent) -Fire pit and charcoal grill out back, for weekday use only (see CONS for more) -Plastic utensils, paper plates, coffee maker stocked -Ziploc bags stocked -Variety of seasonings stocked -Clean fridge, dishes -New microwave -AC is cold -Overall very clean -Good for a quiet getaway or for an event. The neighbors are quiet but if you want to bump music and get a little rowdy they don't mind. They're all outgoing people who are only there seasonally. Many of the units are completely vacant most of the year. CONS -Don't use the fire pit or charcoal grill on the weekends (Fri-Sun) or you'll be hounded by an old white dude with an ego. There's "no fire department in the area" so apparently you can't have a closed fire in a tiny fire pit with a lid because you'll burn the house down. -Back door facing the river doesn't lock. It's propped closed by a pipe and a piece of wood. The neighborhood seems pretty safe, though it is in the middle of nowhere, so if security is big for you it's something to consider. -30% of the blinds covering the door are missing. So if you want privacy, I suggest hanging a towel or two over the door. -The pool is shared by all of the condos, so the listing is a little misleading. -Could use some new cooking pans. -The couch material rubs off when you touch it, so I don't recommend sitting on it. -TV doesn't have cable, so if you want to watch something bring your laptop to stream something. -The big bed has a plastic-y creaky thing going on. Not for light sleepers. -Semi-loud horn noise when you use the water. Sink faucet, shower, toilet, etc. Didn't bother us that much but was loud enough for the neighbors to notice. Overall it's a good price and value for the condo, just keep your expectations reasonable. It's an unpolished gem like most other reviews would indicate. Looks like a standard college dorm room on the inside, so treat it more like upgraded camping rather than an upscale romantic getaway. But can't beat the price, it's definitely worth a weekend to go check out the area.

The River Front House is situated right on the banks of the Colorado River in a quiet, well-kept condo complex. Mike gave us instructions about how to access the key in the front door lock box and it was a snap to get in upon our arrival. The condo is clean and spacious and has a front row seat to the beautiful river and fantastic views of the sunrise and sunset. Highly recommend this house to anyone.

This was a great experience. To be honest the ad on Air b&b undersold it. The setting was great the house had clean sheets 3 beds a sweet couch and a clean completely empty fridge perfect to get everything cold. The AC was on point and you couldn't beat the view of the river from the dinner table.

Mike maintained very good communication with me.Even though I did not get to see him, he was answered questions promptly. Great host! As described, there is river flowing just outside the home which is very pretty and cool. We did not go fishing but saw some people fishing. As described, the house had 2 rooms, and kitchen with new pots and pans. It was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay.

Mikes house is awesome I spent 3 nights there. I brought my waverunners and was able to tie them up right out front at the dock. It has all the basics what else could you want your right on the river!! Thanks Mike!! I'll be staying here again very soon.

If your'e looking to spend time at Big River, Matt's home is the perfect place! It is located close to Big River Park and about 15 minutes away from Parker. My family and I, have stood here for a week, twice during this Summer now, and we have truly enjoying staying here. Thank you Matt, for being such a great host!

We stayed at Mike's house for four days. The house is very clean, comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet, and one of the next door neighbors is very nice and friendly. Much better than staying in a hotel and is very close to town and the river. Would highly recommend this house if you are planning to go to Parker Arizona.

Roberts home is very nice! The beds are extremely comfortable! The location has a very beautiful view. The neighbors were very welcoming and friendly. Robert caters a home to guests that really make you feel like you are at home away from home! Really enjoyed my stay!

Family and I spent three days here on St. Patrick's Day weekend. There was not a single complaint from our party of nine. Very nice house, right on the river, with all the amenities one could need. Everyone was pleased and no one wanted to return home at the end of the weekend. If your looking for a river house, this is the place. The host Vincent is also very prompt and accommodating. This house is amazing. It is everything that is described and more. It accommodated 10 very comfortably. The launch ramp is at the house and the dock is right out front. The air worked great and was on for us when we got there which is a plus. The host was very easy to communicate with while we were there. It was in a safe location.

Great place to stay ,Very close to the town of Parker for any last minute needs The house was super clean . When we arrived the cool air was already on.Plenty of sleeping space ,3 queen size beds plus 2 couches. We also enjoyed the BBq on the back patio as well.

Our experience was painless, we made a same day reservation. Deryl responded very quickly and sent us all the details in a timely manner. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The Internet was down but we didn't need it. The backyard had a family of bunnies and quails that we really enjoyed watching. Although the river is very close you can't access it from the property because of the houses in front of it. We had a good experience. Thank you

Place was clean, had great AC, was right next to the river, and had a Roku for watching movies. We all had a great time!

Enjoyed our first time as "snowbirds" in this home and it was very comfortable for us and our dog. Our host Deryl was very helpful if we had any questions or problems. The property has a front and back yard, large parking area and a lean-too for parking our utv and motorcycle. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath home was adequately furnished and comfortably spacious.

Deryl's home is a great place to stay. My family and I had a great time. He was always very helpful and had the house cool by the time we got there. The house is spacious and very clean. What a great place! Highly recommend. Thomas was super friendly and helpful. The neighbors were nice and helpful too! I had an issue with my boat on one of the days and the neighbors helped me dock my boat. The location is superb and we hope to stay here again this summer!

We had a great time at the condo. The unit contained everything needed in the kitchen and there was ample room for seating in the kitchen and living room area for our group of 6. Thomas let us check in early and let us stay longer than planned, which was nice. We'll stay there again if we need a place in Parker.

We had a reunion of 10 old friends, and all convened at Jesse's house in the Keys of Parker. The house was very clean, and the description was not misleading at all. If you have a boat, the location is fantastic, the house's private doc is very close to the main river. The house would be perfect for 3 families with kids, each room has at least 3 beds. The kitchen is spacious, the house has great wifi, and HDTV with a DVR. I would recommend this house to all !!

We really enjoyed our stay at this river house. It is in an excellent location on the wide section of the river close to the Roadrunner. The dock was perfect for our boat. The rooms were clean with extra mattresses for our kids. The large deck has lots of seating, so we could eat outside overlooking the river. Albert is great with communication. We hope to stay here again, and I would recommend it highly to anyone looking for a great spot on the river.
