The cozy, quiet apartment was furnished with a lot of love for detail. The comfortable apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a new, great bathroom and a spacious living room and bedroom with an attached south-facing balcony. Our house is located in the wine-growing area of Mosel-Saar-Ruwer. From here you can discover Trier, the oldest city in Germany, the romantic Saarburg, as well as Luxembourg. Parking is available as well as garage space for bicycles and motorcycles.

By car, you can reach Trier in 15 minutes. The motorway junction can be reached within 5 minutes. Butzweiler is close to the border with Luxembourg. Hiking trails start directly in Butzweiler and lead you through a historical and dreamlike nature. The premium hiking trail Römerpfad is an absolute highlight.

My place is close to nature and good air and peace and quiet. You will love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. On the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, below a sofa bed. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and Eifel fans. Old forester's house & alpacas

The house is located in immediate vicinity of the Dinosaur park and the hike trails of Teufelsschlucht.
