The apartment is one of three annexed to Hotel Asselt. The breakfast was delicious and the room was clean. The room is basic but certainly good value for a family of four. The staff were very friendly and helpful to us. We enjoyed a very nice breakfast in the hotel. As for location having a car would be best.

We enjoyed delicious in the apartment. Marie-José has received us very kindly. We were even allowed to pick herbs from her beautiful garden. The apartment looks neat and looks out over the garden. Marie-José had even put down some goodies for us, which we have nibbled delicious. The garden with pond and let you unwind.

We found it great! We ended up in a very nice biotuin where we could enjoy extensive. The apartment is equipped with all comforts, beautiful, clean, the local beer which was waiting was tasty. Very friendly reception. We were able to answer all our questions and were helped immediately. The recommended restaurants were good. Thanks for the warm welcome, we like to come back someday.

Due to a study internship in the area I have stayed four weeks in the apartment. Very comfortable, large and clean accommodation, fully equipped! The apartment is very quiet and beautiful location, within walking distance of the river. Marie-José has kindly provided me and was always there if I had any questions. Definitely recommended for a peaceful cycling or walking!

Marie-Jose and her husband have a lovely place surrounded by nature and close to the 'larger' cities in Limburg to make nice outing, but also to relax. This can be great at the pool where it's always calm.

The accommodation is comfortable and the kitchen with fillings for the first rolls may be purchased 50 meters away. Great location from where to walk or cycle to explore the area. In the accommodation, plenty of cards that this may be helpful.

Beautiful and spacious apartment on the top floor, fully equipped. Fine garden with fresh herbs and swimming pool. Very quiet location, slept. In a beautiful setting on the river and the Leudal and near Roermond. The reception by Marie-Jose was warm, with good explanations. Prima!

Spacious, modern, clean, well-lit, quiet apartment with all the amenities provided for a very comfortable stay. TV with international channels, good wifi, and parking on site. A great many bike trails around to explore the countryside. Bikes can be rented at Bruggen visitor center. Host responds to inquiries quickly. Highly recommended.

Thorsten was a great host. Before my stay he made sure to help in any way possible and provided local taxi information prior to my stay. When I arrived he showed me around and explained any details about the place. The accommodations were wonderful. It is larger than I expected and you have the entire place to yourself. Bedroom is separate from living space and kitchen with your own private bathroom with both shower and bathtub. It is quiet with many paths in the area to walk/bike, etc. Truly excellent accommodations if you are planning a stay near Bruggen. I highly recommend it.

Everything perfect!

We stayed here for two nights and were really happy about this nice place. There was a lot of room for three people and the bed is comfortable. The kitchen is combined with the living room and there is everything one needs to cook dinner. On arrival our hosts met us to exchange the keys and explained everything we needed to know about the place. They were very nice and the communication worked well. There is a supermarket just across the street which is open even on Sundays which is very convenient. There is a also a pizza place 50m down the street and a small local pub. You should know that the city center of Roermonde is a 30 min walk or 10 min bus/car ride away. But the area around the apartment is quiet and nice and the shops around the house have everything you would need for a nice stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Good sleep and everything was provided. The interior is done with care. Beautiful. Opposite is a supermarket that is open every day and where you can get fresh bread.

The house is clean, kitchen utensils readily available, and there is a supermarket near the house of bread, room and board are very comfortable, also very close from the outlet

Our stay at Wil studio was amazing. She welcomed showed us around. Even though I mad mistake during reservation and didnt change the number of guest to 2, she welcomed my husband very warm . The location is extraordinary, near Roermobd Designer outlet (10mins drive)which I found one of the best outlets I have visited with many top and other brands. The studio is nicely and beautifully decorated exactly like pictures. It has a kitchenette with coffee machine water boiler, stove . She also stock coffee and tea and sugar. The bathroom is ver big with big cupboard snd fresh clean towels. Wil's house is attached to the studio where she is always available to answer your questions and help you in anything you want. Her house is also attached to a small farm with horses chicken and goats. The beauty of the view from the studio with a glass wall toward the farm is beyond words. Waking up in the morning with that view and with 5 stars breakfast made by Wil is unforgettable ❤️ . Wil also asked us about what we prefer for breakfast.Thank you Wil for hosting us and for the nice gift .We will back for sure one day.

We have immediately felt at home. Wil has received us in a very cordial manner. The B & B room is very tastefully decorated, with attention to small detailles which makten our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. We would like to Want to stay again.

Ellen and Jeroen have been helpful, even waited for us to check in late. The place is cosy and very convenient if you want to do lots of shopping at Roermond Designer Outlet, said to be the biggest in Europe, bigger than Bicester of England! Its walkable to city, but would be more comfortable if you can drive to the city, especially if you bring kids along. Parking is of no problem.Privacy is good. A nice place to stay if your budget is limited. Good Luck.

After a ride through the most beautiful nature The Netherlands have to offer, we were warmly welcomed by Fred & Corry on their property in Heythuysen. The calmness in the area is amazing. It's obvious both Fred & Corry love enjoying life. They were friendly, kind and made sure we didn't come up short on anything. Fred and Corry know how to be guests, especially because they have a lot of travel experience themselves. They rent a nice and clean place in front of their house. It has everything you need. Including WiFi and television. Things you actually shouldnt be wanting if you look around the area in which the farmhouse is located. If they ask you if you want breakfast, just say yes! Highly recommended!

On arrival we were warmly welcomed by Fred and Corry in their beautiful home. They are very friendly people with a heart of gold. We soon got good tips to dine somewhere off in the village and were given the key to the gate to drive in and out easily. The room itself was fine. Fully equipped, enough space, a double door between the room and the kitchen of Fred and Corry and there was a lovely shower. In the morning, a good breakfast with fresh eggs from their own chickens, tasty sandwiches and a good cup of coffee. Fred & Corry, super, thank you for your hospitality. Good explanation of operation of equipment. We went specifically for the Leudal, but De Groote Peel was to reach by bike. Continue to make his stroll through the nodes also beautiful walks in the immediate area. We had beautiful weather every day and were out in the sun drinking coffee and enjoying the beautiful rose garden. The whole garden looked very well cared for, but what a job. We enjoyed our stay at Fred and Corrie and even the anniversary of Corrie celebrated with coffee and Limburg flan. Since our wedding anniversary this week was, I had a surprise for Kees, my husband asked Corrie to provide breakfast for us on that day. And she did just fine. We were even treated to a bottle of bubbly.

The welcome was very hospitable the cottage is perfect for 2 people with a beautiful garden and a lovely sitting area outside. The setting is wonderfully soothing.

The house and scenery was really amazing, although secluded from the city centre, a great place to start a hike or bike trip. Everything was nice and tidy. Clear communication with the hosts and well willing to explain what to do in the surrounding.

The house is spacious enough for two people and has everything you need to spend a pleasant time. On the advice of Fred we made just before the sunset from the cottage a wonderful walk along the Down Peel Brook. Furthermore, a great base for other cities. Highly recommended.
