Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Spacious and bright apartment, recently renovated, developed in two levels. On the ground floor there is a large living room with balcony overlooking the green garden, the kitchen is equipped with everything: dishes, oven, microwave, microwave,, Nespresso coffee machine. On the first floor you will find the room with a very comfortable double bed, from the balcony you can admire the lake and the mountains. The spacious bathroom is equipped with shower, hairdryer, shampoo and body soap.
