It has an outdoor pool and ocean views and is located on Playa del Cura in Gran Canaria where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets, in addition to an enviable climate all year round. The beach is known for its calm waters and for not being overcrowded. We also have a Supermarket less than 300 meters away, and a small shopping center with restaurants, but all in good shape.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Unbeatable location in Playa del Cura! This home is especially suitable for people with mobility issues or traveling with young children, as there are no steps to access the home. (The shower is not suitable for wheelchair users).
