Beautiful late 16th century renovated annex.

Situated within the grounds of a late 16th century former dairy farm. With a 10 minute drive to Stratford-upon-Avon town centre, 15 minutes to Warwick town centre and approximately 25 minutes to Royal Leamington Spa. We are located behind security gates with parking for 2 vehicles. It is a small but beautiful space with traditional open beams and exposed brickwork. Complete with modern appliances; fully equipped kitchen, luxurious mattress, a sofa bed, soft furnishings and ample lighting.

The bathroom is modern with shower and there are complimentary toiletries for you along with towels. The living area has a breakfast bar, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment and a seating area with smart TV and Wifi. There will be milk, coffee, tea and sugar for you on arrival.
