This 100 sqm house is nicely decorated, bright and calm, with all necessary appliances. From the terrace, you can gaze out at the harbour, the sea and the mountains. The parents' room is spacious (25 sqm) and enjoys an even more stuning view. It has a piano and a desk. The localization of the house is perfect with a 5 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and stores, train and bus stations to get to the cities around, including Barcelona. A parking spot is available, which is great on summer.

This house is primarily a second home to spend summer vacation with family. It is in a quiet residential area. It has private parking. His situation makes it possible to do without a car.
