Polina was a GREAT host who accommodated us when we arrived early. Her home is beautiful and the view will make you want to stay just to meditate! It's secluded yet still very close to everything! 5 star hostess!

Polina's place is a little oasis! It is spacious, beautifully decorated, and Polina has taken great care to provide everything you might need. There were toiletries, linens, helpful instructions, books, even water bottles and coffee. The bed and couch are extremely comfortable - I think the bed sports a memory foam mattress. In the mornings when the air was cool, I marveled at the tranquil beauty of the woods immediately behind the house. Polina checked in with me via email to make sure I had all I needed, but my privacy was completely respected. I would stay here again in an instant.

We had a wonderful stay at Pemberly Place. The apartment is beautifully decorated and perfectly appointed for a restful stay. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the view from the deck!

This is a great place to stay. It is very close to the US Lacrosse National Headquarters and Hunt Valley. If you enjoy a quiet secluded private place to stay, this is a great place for relaxation. Hugh is an attentive host.

I loved the spacious and well lighted apartment. It was a very quiet and pleasant place to stay. I was disappointed by the kitchen area (and I must have overlooked this) because it does not have a sink and any counter space which made cooking awkward.

What a great value! You get the whole basement to yourself, a private bathroom, your own entrance and parking space. Hugh was rather charming and very friendly. He stocked the fridge with drinks for me. The space is decorated nicely and the bedroom is very cozy. If you staying in and around Sparks or Cockeysville, this place is perfect. There is even a cute little coffee joint down the road.

Hugh was super friendly and communicative. The house and neighborhood is great- the area around it even better, great for a quiet getaway for sure!

The area was quiet and expected diversity of Baltimore. However, the only real downside of restaurants or food sources within walking distance-but the kitchen was utilized plenty. There was ample utensils and crockery. The place was clean, quiet and just as laid out online. The main door is a bit outdate ad doesn't do te rest of the place justice. Queen responded via texts and call very quickly. I am looking forward to utilizing this space again. Area was close to the lake/resovoir and I-83 Highway-but you could not hear the freeway traffic. Cooking facilities were good. If you're lookin for basic, simple and have access to vehicle just outside of downtown this is ideal!

The room is clean, bright, airy and spacious, with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Kitchen space is shared with guests in another room. There is more than enough refrigerator space to be shared if guests want to prepare their own meals. Apartment is located next to a beautiful, award-winning garden planted by a very friendly woman who lives up the block. Queen Sheba is generous and easy to get in tough with if necessary. All in all, a great value for the money!

Queen is an amazing host! Every detail from booking, to check in, during the stay, and check out was smooth. I believe I have found my new "home" while coming to baltimore for future business endeavours. Queen has an amazing energy which I also received from the BNB. I've had many good experiences with Air Bnbl but this experience was Fantastic. I'm happy I chose to stay there. Can you say "best sleep I've had in a long time?" I loved the decor and the area is safe. I felt like a local! Loved the experience. I would absolutely recommend anyone in town for business or leisure to stay at this location. Jenna's place is in a good location, close to Penn station, Mt. Vernon and Charles Village. Very Clean and she has everything that you need for your stay!

Jenna's place is on the second floor of a classic Baltimore brick terrace. The entire block is very well decorated and Jenna's place is very comfortable. Cable TV and WiFi are perfect should you want entertainment or contact with the outside world. Penn Station parking lot is right opposite. You can park there for $2 for the entire weekend or $12 per day mid week which is a really good addition to the property if you have a car. We went to a Polyphia gig at Metro Gallery which is only 1 block away so Jenna's place is perfect for any gig goers or indeed any bands playing at Metrol Gallery. We also did the Baltimore waterfront that is only a 5-10 minute drive away. Search for affordable parking in the waterfront area. Don't pay $16 at the closest parking lot as there is a parking lot for $8 just across the street.

Jenna's place is in a great spot. Super close to the train station and universities. Many good restaurants within walking distance. We had an issue with the bed frame, but Jenna was very responsive with helping us out. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location, perfect for our weekend away from home. We were a bit confused about parking/how to get to where we were trying to park, but we figured it out quickly. Place has a coffee maker but unfortunately we couldn't find any coffee, but there were lots of cafe options pretty close by. Definitely recommend!

Great place! Location was incredibly convenient being so close to Penn Station (and a great coffee shop!). Jenna communicated quickly and made everything so easy! The space was very clean and comfortable, and the building felt very safe.

Beautiful apartment. Jenna's place felt like a real home and was easy to check into! You could hear the noise from outside at night so if you are a light sleeper you may want to bring headphones. The place was a little far from the art museums and baseball stadium (which is what we were there for). But ALL of our Uber's were only $6 so getting around was still super easy! Building felt safe and secure.

Sarah's place was central to all locations we wanted to be: airport, downtown, highways. Clean, comfortable, plenty of towels and linens, and a k-cup coffee maker which was much appreciated!

Traveled to Baltimore for a wedding and couldn't have found a better place to stay. Clean, quiet, safe, and great value.

Our stay at Sarah's place was great. We never met her but the check in process was super easy and they let us arrive a few hours earlier than check in. They provided plenty of towels, the sheets were clean, and there was a mini fridge that was very useful. They also had some DVDs and books! It was a little warm but there was a fan, so it wasn't really a big problem. The shower was a bit small but the bathroom itself was large, with two sinks. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again if needed! Also, Grilled Cheese and Co is nearby and it was delicious if you're looking for a place to eat!

A great economical stop if you're on the north south route of Interstate 95 travel. Bring your own amenities, shampoo and amenities. If you have a travel mug bring it! There is filtered water and a small microwave in the fridge. The neighborhood is lovely. Best part is you can arrive late and use the lock box!

Sarah is a wonderful communicator and you can not beat the price and comfort for an entire apartment. Even if you need to go to central Baltimore, taking uber back and forth comes out to be the same cost as parking downtown which is expensive. Sarah's directions and quick replies were great. This place is special find if you wish to stay somewhere that is alternative to downtown.

Amy was a wonderful hostess!! She was flexible with my arrival time and greeted me at the door. She is a great communicator and was very kind to me. The apartment was very clean and quiet. The place was very nice. I enjoyed my time there. Good location for the various places I went. Amy had EVERYTHING available that I may have needed. She paid great attention to detail. I even was able to watch my favorite soccer games while I was at the residence. And the muffins, bananas, and water were very kind and useful house warming items.

Very quite, clean, and accommodating! If you are taller, the ceiling is a little low and you might have to duck down. Other than that, the stay is pleasant.

Amy's place was awesome! When I arrived Amy showed me to the private studio. This place is comparable to any hotel suite because of the amenities. The area was very clean and had plenty of storage for my luggage. It is located in a basement however; I am 5'4" and I had space to stretch, my hands didn't touch the ceiling when on my tippy toes. The kitchen area had the needed pans, plates and utensils. She even had a wine cork and blender. Amy stocked a cabinet with various coffees, fruit, oatmeals and crackers. The refrigerator also had not just water, but juice and eggs. My grocery bill for this trip was decreased thanks to Amy. The bathroom had 2 shower heads and a large vanity area. The drawers had soap, shampoo, tooth pate all the little things that you would get from a long term stay hotel. Amy provided a change of towels, wash cloths and and sheets. Again for a week long stay this was hotel service. The home is less than 30min to Towson University going one way and less than 30min in the other direction to Baltimore City. There was a library 10min from her home and a mall just 15min away. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is in need of a quite and comfortable place to stay.

Great apartment, really is an old barn. Secluded and private build a fire for a romantic quiet evening or Baltimore and the Inner Harbor are 20 minutes away.

This was probably the best air b&b I've stayed at yet. Very comfy and clean, the bed was amazing. Not to terribly far from central stuff either, a half hour walk for me was nothing but the lifts and ubers in the area are super cheap and fast. I highly recommend this one

Helen is an extremely good host, Helen was an extremely good and friendly host, checking in with her guests everyday and always available to talk to. When we had problems with one of the windows, she sent somebody who only took five minutes to come. The apartment is very beautiful, furnished with love for detail. Even though we were a little intimidated by the area, everything went well. Baltimore is a very beautiful city and we would love to come back.

This house is everything you would imagine when you think of nice bed and breakfast. Savannah was great at communicating with me about check-in details. I was there for 4 nights and each morning there was breakfast set up. Plenty of street parking right in front of the house. Highly recommend this place for long term stays.

Savannah is a very sweet lady, makes you a nice breakfast with coffee and makes you feel welcomed. Great place for people wanting to stay away from the city, 6$ uber to metro to the city. Room is pretty big, microwave, mini fridge desk, mirrors and makes it look nice for you. Supplies you with towels, soap, and any toilet trees you may have forgotten. She was around just when you needed her. Very nice, older decorated home, she also has street parking that easily accessible. Super close to pimlico race track. Hope to stay again in future! This apartment was as spacious as it looked on the photographs. The location was within an easy walk of downtown (particularly the convention centre) and the light rail provided an alternative for the lazy. It also provided an easy way to get in from BWI airport. I had no safety issues, but wasn't out particularly late during my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious apartment a few blocks off Charles St which had excellent restaurants. Weekend parking across the street at the hospital was free. We were there for the Army Navy game and both M&T Stadium and Camden yards were walkable.

The apartment itself was great. No real complaints about the space. It was everything it was advertised to be. My only minor complaints are minor and were not Lisa's fault. I would stay here again.

Prior to check in Lisa answered my questions in a timely manner. after check In, Lisa ignored all my concerns, I told her no pots and pans, and room was hot. When we got in first night, air conditioner wasn't working properly, the fan in the room was blowing hot air. I slept in the living room at night because that's the only place with a vent. I got there at night, I didn't like the environment as people were roaming in front aimlessly. I told Lisa I would only be staying for two night, Lisa pretended not to get my request. I tried to reach her on her Mobile phone. She told me send a message via the booking on Airbnb. Still nothing from her. I contacted her a few days later. She asked me if I returned, told her ive been trying to find out how. She asked me to return the keys immediately and let her know. Which I did. She refused my refund.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, good location, good A/C + shower. I think it's a stretch to call this "luxury," but I guess such words are subjective... I paid $100/night which I feel is a little much. I see now it's listed at $59/night and I would recommend it at that price. The location is at the edge of pretty Mt. Vernon, seems safe if you stay east of Eutaw St., convenient for transport (tram is a 1.5 blocks away), and a 20-25 minute, very pleasant walk to downtown and the waterfront. It's a 5 min walk to a great selection of restaurants, bars, coffee, etc, though there's very little in the immediate surrounding blocks. The good news is that this makes it fairly peaceful and quiet, though as someone else mentioned there are garbage trucks servicing the hospital across the street very early in the morning - nothing you shouldn't expect if you're staying in a big city but if you're a light sleeper and/or plan on "sleeping in" this may not be the place. I heard a bit of noise from the bar/restaurant downstairs when they had some live music but that was early in the evening and otherwise it wasn't a factor. We didn't get a chance to try the bar but it looked nice.

We could not have been more pleased with our decision to stay with Dave and Brett. Great hosts! Great rooms in a historic estate! We schedule our stay as part of a family function with a lot of moving parts. Dave could not have been more accommodating in making the arrangements. Brett was an engaging and considerate host. Not only was Brett kind enough to give us a tour of the historic home, but he repeated the tour for our guests. We are frequent travelers and members of several hotel rewards clubs. No hotel could match the experience we had with Dave and Brett. Our wonderful experience here will motivate us to try other AirBnB’s.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience staying here over four days. Our hosts were welcoming, friendly, and generous; the accommodations in this 18th century historic home were beautiful, spacious, and absolutely first class; we enjoyed walking several times through the woods to nearby Loch Raven reservoir; and the location was convenient to family in northern rural Maryland and Baltimore. It far exceeded our expectations and we would recommend it highly.

The owner of the house left his son in charge. Brett was great. He was informative, kind, fun and so welcoming. He made us feel right at home. Matter of fact, my husband forgot his tie at home and he needed one. Brett presented him with a stack of possible ties to choose from. Now that is some host. In the morning he would offer us expresso coffee to get our day going! The house is gorgeous and filled with history. We will return one day for sure. Thank you Brett.

What an amazing place. It is not everyday that you get to stay in a estate built in the 1700s. It may seem a little out of the way, but for our family who had just driven over 7000 km, it was important to find a place that gave us room to relax and recharge. We would plan another trip to Baltimore just to stay here as the homebase for our explorations of Maryland.

Dave was extremely responsive in all of our pre-trip communication. He made us feel welcome and at ease in his beautiful home. Everything was even more beautiful than it looks in the pictures, and the location was perfect for a visit to Goucher College. Dave's charming son and friendly sister helped us to feel welcome again. After I left Dave found my e-reader and even offered to meet me someplace to drop it off. I would recommend this property and would stay here again for sure!
