A beautiful small basement apartment in the beautiful Bad Lippspringe. You get a comfortable double bed, a small kitchen, as well as a newly renovated bathroom. The apartment is located in a quiet side street and close to the Kurwald, the thermal spa or the state garden show grounds. The bus connection to downtown or Paderborn is only a 5-minute walk. As a visitor of our cellar, you will receive up to 20% of a Tibetan healing massage treatment, which you will find in the same house.

Forget your worries – in this spacious and quiet accommodation. On 70sqm with a large sunny south-facing balcony and a view of the countryside, just relax and unwind! If you arrive with your car, you can park it right in front of the door. On request, two bicycles are available for excursions on site. The Westfalentherme spa with sauna area and swimming pool is a 6-minute walk away. It is just as far to the bakery and 2 supermarkets. The spa forest is also around the corner!

Beautiful apartment for 4 people

The apartment (about 75 sqm) is located on the 1st floor of a detached house (residential area "Auf der Lieth" = close to the periphery of Paderborn on the edge of a nature reserve) and is very quiet. It is a 3.7 km walk to the city centre and around 2.3 km (around 30 min) to the university. We provide our guests with hand and surface disinfectants for their stay. The bus stop of lines 6 and 9 is 5 min. = 180m away. For more details, see Means of transport.
