Wood cabin-house for large families in Harz

Large property, almost 5000 sqm, with lots of trees, plants and even a small creek on a side of the property, while another side is on a well marked forest trail. We gave special thought to ensuring your privacy and we have practically no neighbours, although still in a small village, close to the Harz National Park The cabin-house is made of wood, for a true nature feeling. We have all the modern amenities though and we even produce most of the used electricity through solar panels, on site.

You can relax in our cozy half-timbered house in Bad. The terraced house is located at an altitude of about 400 m on the southern slope of the Iberg in a listed half-timbered settlement in a cul-de-sac. We can accommodate up to 6 people. In the immediate vicinity there are hiking trails, the Iberger stalactite cave, the world forest, the Hübichenstein, two cafes, museums and many more. An ideal place for a slow vacation right by the forest. We look forward to seeing you!

The tranquil town of Badenhausen (approx. 1600 inhabitants) is a good starting point for an active holiday or just to unwind. Hikes or bike rides in the Harz can be started directly. E-bikes can be safely parked and loaded. In the village there are small shops for everyday needs and some restaurants.
