House of the 17th century, the house Altxua (Aulnaie in Basque) was renovated in 2006 and offers an independent apartment upstairs with its private terrace (with barbecue). It is a short walk to the village of Ascain and all shops (800 m), 10 minutes from the sea and its beaches, golf courses and is the starting point for many hiking trails including the one leading to the Rhune. In short: a quiet, relaxing place but close to every interest in the Basque Country.
