Walk to the Village of Arroyo Grande

Great location! We are 4 miles to the beach and central to local wineries. You can literally walk to the village and enjoy the cute town of Arroyo Grande. We allow pets but please contact us first if you have a furry friend. The bathroom is connected to the bedroom so extra guests will need to walk through bedroom for use. The apt is connected to a one car garage which I use for an art studio to teach kids during the day. Classes are occasional and you will be notified if a class will happen.

Close to ocean..wineries..quiet..barbeque and firepit area..patio for sunbathing ..microwave and coffee pot..laundry in room w/d..small ..refrigerator..toaster...iron and ironing board and also wifi..pets MUST be picked up after..if you can provide coverings for bedding that would be great..hair is a problem!
