Bedroom & bathroom face south, living room with french. Balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes over daily maintenance in consultation). The apartment is a mezzanine parlor in a old storage building of the former garden-building company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the base of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above was rebuilt around 1850 and has been completely renovated in recent years. All interior walls of the exterior shell of the house are worked with clay plaster and thus ensure a pleasant indoor climate.
