Great clean, new and modern apartment with a short walk to the nearby monorail and easy access the odeo onsen monogatari and nearby shopping centres. The communication was prompt and efficient and all our questions were answered quickly. The airport limousine service would be the easiest way to get to Narita airport which is located at the Washington Hotel. It is a bit far to travel with luggage if you were to walk, but a one stop train ride from Ariake Tennis Nomori to Ariake with a few minutes walk either side makes it easy.

Norie responded question right away. This is co-op resisdent or studio apartment style. It seems very small to us. but we got used to it. It was walking distance from ariake tennis station and 3 station away from Big sight and at the end of yurikamome line is Shinbasi which is close to Ginza. Unit has valcony but there were high stories apartment is cross street. So we didn't have a chance to open curtain to enjoy view. There was small convenience store on the way to station. For anything else, you have to take train. It was overall clean, quiet, convenient location. If you are coming from Natira and taking limousine bus, take a map before you leave home. It's about one station distance, not that far. I am sure Norie will update information.

Exciting train ride from Shimbashi to Ariake tennis no mori to a lovely apartment. Attentive, helpful hosts and the best of the 3 AirBnBs I stayed at in Japan (1 other in Tokyo and 1 Kyoto).

The Place is Great: Clean, Quite Spacious for 2 and Mediocre Luggage, Fridge Helps, Eating Utensils ready and can wash after eat to reused later, Laundry Machine, Hanging Tools, Clean Bathroom, Air Conditioner and Heater, You can cook with provided basic cooking utensils. Very near to Tokyo Big Sight (walking 10 minutes), Lawson also very near (3 minutes), and the next nearest is Another Lawson (10 minutes), then K (13 minutes). Food in walking distance only, 3 in 10 minutes and 1 in 13 Minutes. 10 minutes: Doutour Cafe (sandwich), Udon, Don and Ramen Shop, Some meat, steak, sausage Restaurant, 13 minutes: Saizeriya (Italian Japanese Style). Other than that go by train to another station like Diver City Mall. I only wish better bed and futon, but i will be back to this place Norie-san, perfect spot for my schedule. This a truly nice stay! Location and also the room itself. You know, rooms in Tokyo are always small for foreigners. But at here, you may enjoy your stay with fine enough space, interior and kitchen or even bathtub. Plus, the view is great, you can see the huge Ferris wheel just from the window! The apartment was true to the pictures and the host was extremely friendly. Location is good and is very convenient if you plan to go to the nearby malls or attractions. Wifi was slightly too slow compared to the speeds obtained throughout tokyo but we weren't in the apartment much anyways.

Apartment was big, clean and comfortable for three adults and two young children. One double bed, two singles and futons in the tatami room. It was in a high floor with views facing South east of Tokyo. Location is in Odaiba with a 5-8 min walk to the nearest station on the Yurikamome line. This is six stops away from Shimbashi station on the JR line. Its close to three large shopping malls (Aquacity/Decks, Diver City and Venus fort). Very close to Rainbow bridge and its nice walk across it. Also across the road to the beach which is nice and chilled out. The host waited for us and allowed us to check in a little earlier than normal which is alway nice. Odaiba is great area and very chilled out, with main things in to do and see. Child and foreigner friendly! Will stay again!

Ms. Jiang is a fantastic host, very engaging with the communication throughout the stay. Not only did she recommend the most cost efficient ground transportation option from / to Narita Airport (URL HIDDEN) she was so gracious in picking my family and me up from the bus station and dropping us off to the bus station. The apartment is very cozy and convenient - with a supermarket downstairs, bus stop just right outside the building (with direct access to Tokyo Train Station, Ginza, and Tsukiji), and the train station nearby (Ariake-tennis-no-mori station of the Yurikamome line). Overall my family and I had a fabulous stay in Ms. Jiang's apartment right next to Odaiba.

Kaz is great host and very helpful in many ways. I was late arriving at their place and he was thoughtful and concerned to try to reach me by phone messages. This place is close to train station so it was easy for me to go to other Tokyo districts via Shimbashi rail interchange. The loan power pack and mobile wifi were terrific bonus as I didn't have mobile data access. Several times I was lost and saved by the availability of emergency use of the connection. Kaz speaks fluent English so he was a great help in giving me directions and suggestions. There are convenient shops in the neighbourhood. Even one just outside the apartment. I strongly recommend this place if you prefer a quiet and classy suburb outside of Tokyo.

I like the neighbourhood because it is very nice and safe. The place makes me feel like home and there is a bus in front of the condominium. KAZ & HIRO has a booklet of instructions to get to train stations and also rules and manual regarding the functions of the room. I like their hospitality and will definitely book again when I'm going to Japan again.

I enjoyed staying in Odaiba very much! I ended up falling ill during the first half of my trip, but I felt comfortable enough staying here, and in the area, that it passed with ease. The hosts even checked in on me and offered to help! The private room is very much private- almost separate even- and I recommend staying here if you want to see what Odaiba is all about!

Amazing hospitality! Kaz and Hiroko are great hosts. They're very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Their home is in an awesome location within walking distance of many main attractions in Odaiba, and the view is beautiful at all times of day. The room came equipped with more amenities than I used, plus lots of written instructions to help find things both in the condo and around the city. The pocket WiFi unit they provided worked wonderfully and was very helpful. Bed consisted of a futon pad on the floor but it was still comfortable. Overall it was relaxing like a home away from home. My only regret was that I couldn't stay here longer! :)

Ian was a very great host! Instructions were so clear it was impossible to get lost. He also provided wuick replies to any inquiry we had. Place was clean and roomy and he even left snacks and a welcome bottle of wine. View was phenomenon and everything (trains, malls, supermarket,...etc) was so close by it was really convinent, and place had everything for accomendation. We booked with 5 people and everyone was satisfied... too bad the stay was short would love to book longer days in the future. Would recommend for anyone travelling to odaiba. The apartment was the highlight of my stay. It was the perfect conclusion to a wonderful holiday. I stayed at 5star hotels from Disney Maihama to Harkona region. None was as fun or convinient as Ian's place. I highly recommend it especially if you are traveling with family like I was. (4adults and 2kids). It felt like home. Ian left a very nice welcoming surprise for us when we arrived. And instructions were very clear. He was very accommodating for our requests and prompt with any queries. His location is really prime and perfect place to stay for shopping, food and to get away from the mad crowds at the end of the shopping day. Odaiba is self contained. Transport to both airports were easily accessible via Le Daiba hotel nearby. Will definitely try to stay at his place again when I visit Tokyo.

A wonderful place to stay in Odaiba. Near by Decks & Aqua City. There was a beach across the street. Parking was a little inconvenient cause it was far but not a problem at all. Sorry for the Host cause we got a complain for talking in terrace with my daughter, the wall bangs by the neighbors was unbelievable. (A little chat saying Good morning & kisses) I think this place is not preferable for family who has a small kids cause they'll ended up getting a complains. Great location in Odaiba ! Really close walking distance (about 10-15 mins away) from Aqua City Mall & Diver City Mall. There are a few convenience stores down the street that are open really late. The transit is about a 10 min walk as well. There are 3 separate rooms - 1 with a full bed, 1 with 3 single beds, and 1 with 3 single futon mats. 1 bathroom & Kitchen. There is a washing machine and you can hang dry your clothes. Airbnb on the 8th floor.

The location was great, close to train stations and also all the attractions on Odaiba. The place is very spacious and accurate as described in the description and pictures.

Host was friendly, helpful with efficiency communication. Check-in was easy and quick. Location was great for Tokyo big sight exhibition centre (10min by train). Everything was wonderful except cleanness; the bed sheets maybe forgot to change and balcony not clean yet with piggy butts around. There are no quilt covers for the quilts (hygiene concern); No air conditioning in the master room, so nobody willing to stay in this room in the hot days. This could be a wondering airbnb experience if cleanness wasn't a concern.

Rinn was very informative and warming in explaining and bringing us to the Airbnb place. She was also flexible to unexpected circumstances. Talking about the place itself, it was awesome in nutshell. With two children in the most popular cherry blossom season vacation to Tokyo, since Disney can not get a Sheraton hotel accidentally booked a number of hotels near Disneyland from the air b & b.
