NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

We offer an apartment for 2 people, which is located on the outskirts of the city between Augsburg and Friedberg. A sleeping couch is also available on living room. Romantically, the small town of Friedberg is located on a hill and is always worth a visit. On foot, you can reach the train station (Augsburg-Hochzoll) in 15 minutes, from where you can quickly reach Augsburg, Munich or the Allgäu. There is plenty to explore culturally.
