You can take a swim in the Lake in front of the house, you can go stand up paddling oder got to the beach beside the house.There is a small restaurant and a surf-corner in summer at the beach. shops for food you can find 5min to walk from your appartement. Cozy apartment on the ground floor with private terrace. Seaside resorts, shopping and restaurants - all within easy walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Swimming area with kiosk approx. 1.5 km (accessible via car-free pedestrian cycle path). From November to about the beginning of April there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the landscape protection area.

Located directly on the shore of Lake Ammer is our small apartment. Super location, the balcony with lake view and private lake access offer a great stay. Especially children love the sleeping berths, for the comfort a kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle provides.
