You can take a swim in the Lake in front of the house, you can go stand up paddling oder got to the beach beside the house.There is a small restaurant and a surf-corner in summer at the beach. shops for food you can find 5min to walk from your appartement. Cozy apartment on the ground floor with private terrace. Seaside resorts, shopping and restaurants - all within easy walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Swimming area with kiosk approx. 1.5 km (accessible via car-free pedestrian cycle path). From November to about the beginning of April there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the landscape protection area.

The lake house belongs to my wife and I. My son and his wife coordinate the rental (co-hosts) for us. The lower apartment in the house is rented, we occasionally use the upper one. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.
