A 5 min de la plage la Promenade des Anglais, adorable studio climatisé, avec cuisine équipée et salle de bains effet marbre. L'appartement donne sur une grande terrasse ensoleillée de 30m2, et équipée d'une grande Pergola retractable pour bénéficier d'un peu d'ombre.
