Lake Constance and park 10 min, train 12 min, clinics Schmieder 5 min, Konstanz by car or train 15 min. 35m² space for you alone, private bathroom, tea pantry with fridge, microwave, DeLonghi capsule machine, kettle, dishes. You have a view of the countryside and an entrance in the basement. New building in 2011, underfloor heating, perfect for solo travelers. You were friendly and inspiring. New modern apartment 200m from the lake

Our 48 sqm apartment is 8 km away from Radolfzell and 10 km from Konstanz. Both can be easily reached in just a few minutes by the "Seehas" from the train station 1.5 km away. A swimming spot is only 200m from our house. In the village you will find all the shops you need. The Lake Constance cycle path leads directly past the house. Families will find plenty of toys and games. We rent from 4 nights to max. 3 Adults or 2 Adults and 2 children.

Between harbor and beach

Welcome! Lovingly decorated, cozy 2-room apartment in a beautiful and idyllic location on the lake between the harbor and Strandbad in Wallhausen, with lots of charm and leisure activities. The apartment was equipped in 2020 with a new bathroom and a new kitchen, has a separate access with a covered terrace and a parking space directly at the apartment.
