A haven of peace a few kilometers from Lake Annecy and the Aravis stations (La Clusaz , Le Grand Bornand...). Located in Alex, 6 km from Menthon St Bernard ( which offers beaches, shops, restaurants, bike path, bike rental, pedalos), 15 minutes from the paragliding site of Planfait ( Talloires) and 13 km from Annecy, the Venice of the Alps.

Savoyard chalet surrounded by nature, at the foot of hiking trails, in a charming village. Splendid views on the surrounding mountains from the Chalet and the terrace. Lake Annecy is 8 minutes away by car (Menthon beach), the entrance to Annecy is 12 minutes away. The resorts of La Clusaz and Grand Bornand are about 20 minutes away by car. The Dents de Lanfon and their famous climbing routes are visible from the Chalet and accessible by hiking.

The location is ideal for visiting the Lake Annecy area and its mountains. Sports or relaxing holidays... It's up to you! The cottage is located next to our main house while being totally independent.

Savoyard house between lake and mountains

You are welcome in my Savoyard house located between Lake Annecy (5 min) and the mountains, the ski resorts of Aravis (30 min). Guests can cool off in the pool and use the barbecue. Beautiful view of the mountains ! My house is ideally located for water sports and winter sports, for hiking, cycling, but also for relaxation and admiration of the beautiful Savoyard landscapes.
