Angela is the epitome of southern hospitality. It has been a long time since I've met a host! Angela welcomed us as we arrived, and gave us a tour of the lovely space. She even baked us homemade cookies! This space has everything you'll need; coffee, snacks, sweets, extra blankets, a fan, books, board games, bottled water, organized binders with things to do in the area, and the list goes on... If you are in the Knoxville area, I highly recommend staying with Thomas and Angela.

Elijah was a wonderful host. He was great at communicating and accommodating our arrival time. We only used one bed, but it offered a comfortable night sleep. Loved the large two vanity sink in the bathroom which offered plenty of space for 2. The home was stocked with paper products and trash bags. This was great not to have to go out and purchase during our 4 night stay. The description of the home is accurate. Definitely would stay again If in the area & availability matched.

That was unexpected but fun. We used the grill, that was a bonus so we could cook instead of going out to eat on NYE. This cabin is very comfortable and cozy and stocked with everything you need. Location is great as close to Maryville and the mountains as well! Our family enjoyed celebrating Christmas here and created many life long memories. We hope to return!

We had a late flight get in to Knoxville airport and didn’t want to make the long drive home in the middle of the night. Staying here was perfect, as it was only a 10-15 minute drive from TYS! Check-in was very easy and allowed us to arrive late without disturbing anyone. Clean, comfortable and simple. Great alternative to an airport hotel.

This house is an easy walk to downtown Maryville. The house and neighborhood is beautiful, clean and quiet. Ms Robbie is a wonderful hostess. I look forward to staying there again!

This is a perfect alternative to getting a hotel by the airport. Ms. Robbie is a gracious host and the room was perfect.

Really neat 1930s house. Super clean bedroom and bathroom. Ms Robbie was quick with instructions on how to check in and where to park. Had coffee, tea and snacks out. Very comfortable bed and sheets smelled so fresh and clean.

The only place you should stay when coming to East TN. The nicest people you will ever meet. The themed rooms take you to another place and help you relax. Great for short term or long term stays.

Great place to stay if you want to explore Tennessee. Easily accessible to the highway to explore other locations. It really is a perfect home base if you’re new to the area.

The cutest possible little house just minutes from the airport! Doug and Cathy are so much fun and very knowledgeable about the area. They went out of their way to accommodate us, even allowing access to their private laundry area. Everything you could possibly need is included in the rental. The porch area is fabulous with a great view of the Smokies. We wouldn't even consider a different Airbnb for the next time we're in Knoxville.

We really enjoyed our stay at Toad Hill! Doug and Cathy were such great hosts and very helpful and responsive! The space is very quaint and cozy. We are very clean people and were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the space! It was very quiet and although the homes are connected by a breezeway, it was very private and homey. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends and family!

The room was very cozy, clean, and inviting. Our hosts are super nice and inviting as well. The location offered us the availability to make short drives to other cities for exploration. And having our pet with us was the icing on the cake. Can’t go wrong by staying on Toad Hill.

My family stayed here for Christmas and it was so much nicer than we anticipated. There was a little tree in our room that we put the gifts under. Our infant had plenty of space to crawl around on the floor. The bathroom was clean and had everything necessary for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

This space was a bit small but turned out to be perfect for my wife and I and our dog. It's a great place tucked away a little off a main road and close enough to everything to be a short drive. Over all great place

We had a wonderful stay! We only wish we were staying more than one night; we even considered staying again on the way back home but the suite is all booked up. The suite is conveniently located near numerous restaurants and stores and is only 30 minutes from Knoxville. We also cannot explain how happy we were that the place was SO clean. We always worry but there was no need as the suite was spotless. Hopefully we will return and be able to book this suite again.

Great value and a very inviting space! Only complaint is that you can hear the home residents on the floor above you. Would still stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay here. We had been traveling the past several days and were exhausted and just wanted a place to relax and catch up on some sleep before another day of traveling. This place exceeded our expectations. It was so warm and cozy, we felt right at home.

Overall it was a wonderful place to stay for the night. It felt very private yet very cozy as if you were home. Definitely would stay again!

Excellent little apartment with everything you'd need

This was a very nice place especially for the price. It was spacious as described, very clean and stylish. Amenities were as described, and the hosts had helpful laminated sheets with directions on how to use certain things like the shower and hotplates. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Parking was easy and I had no issues with it. The place feels "out of the way" but was really only ~10 minutes from downtown. The hosts live upstairs as described, and I could hear them walking around sometimes, but this was expected and not a bother at all. They were very quiet.

We only stayed one night but we easily could have stayed longer. Tim gives very thorough directions and the apartment is easy to find. It’s an easy short drive to/from downtown. The apartment is bright, clean, spacious, and comfortable. There is a full, stocked, clean kitchen; comfortable bed and dark bedroom; washer and dryer; waterfall shower and quality bath products; and comfortable central heating. You forget it’s in the basement! It’s obvious Tim and Candy have put a lot of effort into making sure guests feel at home, there is a guidebook with helpful tips and recommendations. I would recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Knoxville.

We came for a quick trip to Knoxville to see friends and attend a concert. This spot was perfect, it was super clean, comfy, had lovely personal touches (Amen, the hot tea and coffee!), along with an amazing shower and cozy bed. We would certainly return and you can beat the spot for the value, you will not be disappointed! Enjoy the "fire place" and reclining couch!

Our 5 day stay at Busha's Barn was exactly what we were looking for! Very clean, great mattress, and a full kitchen that's ready for a night in. Close to campus if you're in town for a UT event but far enough away to actually be "away" from all the noises of city life. 1.5 hour drive from some AMAZING scenery. Waterfalls, Arches, and Caves at Smoky Mountain National Park and Daniel Boone National Park. The ductless heating unit keeps the entire listing nice and warm (few nights in the teens to test it out) as does the soft and warm bedding. The tranquility after sunset aids in a needed good night's sleep after hiking (the walk up/down to the water from Busha's Barn is a good one). Bathroom is spacious, good water pressures, and a heated fan. Our very first stay that actually offered premium channels to watch (HBO). Check-Out: Full Service BBQ, just down the road. Get the barbacoa burrito! Thank you for allowing our family to share your home.

The reviews don't do justice! We had high expectations of this place, and they were exceeded all around. Super clean, updated, quiet secluded area, and still close enough to attractions near by! Will definitely stay here again if we are in town.

If you are looking for a private, clean, relaxing, slice of heaven, you have found it at Busha's Barn. Open the windows and the door and you will hear the sound of the rumbling creek below and the sound of the birds in the trees... What a peaceful place. And it's just a short drive to everything... can't wait to return for another visit!

Ed and Dodie’s place is an excellent Airbnb. Overall, I’d stay here again.

Where to start? The place is extremely cute and clean, they give you snacks, coffee, and tea, as well as bathroom toiletries. The place comes fully loaded for their guests, and we were extremely happy with our stay! the hot tub is also nice and private and only a small walk from the door so even though it was cold it was still not a problem at all. Definitely reccomend staying here it exceeded our standards by a mile!!!!

Space is fantastic and very clean. Dodie and Ed were wonderful folks-- exactly what you want in a host, and they live right there. Dodie is amazing at communication. We really needed to NOT have the cleaner/perfume smells and they were on that, no problem.

Aya's house was a wonderful, very very clean and quiet place for us to stay. We arrived late on the night of check-in and it was great just to let the children loose in a place that was clean and prepped for guests. She was an excellent host, who responded quickly to any special requests (step stool for our young children) and made sure to leave thoughtful touches (toys, fruits, etc. ) to make us feel welcome. I highly recommend staying at her house if you are going to be visiting the area!

This was an amazing experience. The cottage was immaculate. We were made to feel right at home.Our hostess was always available if we had any questions. We would highly recommend this cottage for it’s warmth and charm.

This house exceeded our expectations! Several common areas that were not pictured and tons of space as well as a TV. Fully equipped kitchen and everything was clean. Only about a 15 minute uber to UT & downtown Knoxville. Jan was quick with responses and we had no problems with check-in. I will definitely be staying here again!

Great place, walkable to downtown

Jake was great and reached out soon after we checked in to see if we needed anything, which we greatly appreciated. I was worried coming into a city with the parking, but there was a nice garage that was covered and spots always available. The studio was cute, comfy, cozy, and in walking distance of places to eat and the trolley stops to easily get on and head down town!

This place was super nice and clean. A few miles from just about everything in downtown Knoxville.

I know it did for me. Why choose anything else?! After all they have a Tiki bar! Step into a magnificent place of comfort, relaxation, quite environment and meet them all. It’s quiet and quaint. You can come and go as you please. Host is very accommodating and it’s wonderful to not be staying off of Alcoa Highway!!

Clean and plenty of space for two people. We came to hike in the Great Smoky Mountains and it was a bit of a drive, but if you want to avoid the cost and crowds in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge it’s well worth it. Towels, shower products, utensils, pots/pans, and laundry soap are all provided, which was really convenient and helped us save money by cooking a lot of our meals. We definitely recommend staying here!

I stayed here while I was in town for a wedding and it was the perfect location for me! William was a great host and super responsive to messages. The RV was clean, comfortable and perfect for what I needed.

The hosts had great communication with us whenever we had questions, prior to arriving. When we arrived in the evening, they had turned lights on for us and blown up the air mattress that they were for our child. We appreciated the extra touches of hospitality.

This was our first Airbnb booking and won’t be our last. The RV was super clean and had all the comfort of home. The small touches of big fluffy towels and super soft sheets were amazing. What’s better than the great value of this listing is the amazing hosts. After a long day of motorcycling riding, the hosts invited us to have some of their amazing chicken wings in the evening under the pavilion. They are so very nice to talk with and we hope to come back again soon.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. It’s a great value, and the inside is really great. Some of the positives include a washer/dryer (with soap included), and a great location for accessing Maryville, Knoxville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smokey Mountains National Park.

The cottage was lovey! Stephen and Kristen were amazingly attentive, quick to respond, and a pleasure to work with. They even gave us a heads up of the severe weather coming!The place was clean and hospitable, and an adorable cottage. Perfect for an individual, couple, or even a family for a nice getaway.

This cottage is perfect for a couple looking to get away in the mountains. It’s outside of all the busyness of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but close enough to travel there daily if desired. It’s located right outside a sweet small town called Townsend. It was our favorite town in the Smokies. We were able to spend our days out exploring the mountains and come back to a clean warm cottage to relax. It was absolutely perfect. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the kitchen provided all the tools needed to cook if we so wished. Stephen and Kristen even provided us with fresh eggs from their farm which were amazing for our pre-hike meals. The cottage also has air and heat systems that we were incredibly thankful for when temperatures dropped a lot lower than were used to in Florida. When we arrived to the cottage there was a little basket of snacks and also a bottle of wine in the kitchen for us. We didn’t drink the wine but appreciated the touch because we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. It was a very thoughtful gesture. I’d also like to mention how beautifully decorated this cottage is. You can tell that a lot of time, effort, and heart went into it and I appreciate that. We have nothing negative to say about the cottage or our stay there. We are incredibly thankful to Stephen and Kristen for their wonderful hospitality and helping to make our anniversary a special one.

Great little getaway cottage close enough to town to be anywhere in Sevierville/Gatlinburg in under an hour and far enough away to feel private. My wife and I enjoyed our stay.

It was a nice cozy place, that looks newly renovated and clean. We especially loved the snacks they had set out for us as well as the keurig coffee pods and sugar. That was my saving grace in the mornings. The Bed is comfy and the inflatable mattress came in handy for my son to sleep on. All bedding and towels were fresh and clean too.

A lovely space, in easy distance of local attractions. Stephen and Kristen made the stay very pleasant. Will visit again if the mountains call.

If you're looking for a relaxing, peaceful place to stay, this is it. So quiet and in a great neighborhood but still close to UT, grocery, gas, and downtown. And the bed? The best mattress I've slept on away from home. Communication was great, check-in was easy. Everything was as stated in the description.

This is pretty much what you want out of an Airbnb place. A homey experience. The only issue is that the neighborhood pipes are a bit old, so be careful not to use "flushable" wipes or too much toilet paper at a time

I always feel welcome when I stay here. It has become my regular go-to home away from home when I am in town taking workshops. It's close to downtown yet out in a quiet rural area. The hosts are very nice and want you to have a good stay. Be aware they do have several friendly cats, but they are not a nuisance.

I can't say enough about my stay at Tammy's. One this place was amazing. The house is absolutely beautiful and cheerful I came down with a gout flareup the day we arrived. I was able to get plenty of rest and relaxation. And an enormous amount of work! Her kitties are soooo loveable and well behaved. The guest that were there as well we're super nice and helpful. This was our first experience and thankyou Tammy and Trey for making it easy and painless.

I will sum up my visit quite easily it so good I must say. If someone chooses & books a stay here they will be thoroughly satisfied.

Staying at Tammy’s Stranger Things Room was like traveling back in time! Between the games and memorabilia, it was enough to make anyone smile and enjoy a little throw back! As mentioned details, there are cats in the home but Tammy was able to help accommodate my allergies by keeping them out of the room during my stay. I took my allergy pills and did just fine. The one gray cat will greet you by the door every day. So sweet! The bathroom is also shared with other guests in Tammy’s home. We had no issues sharing the bathroom with the other guests, but just something to keep in mind for your stay here. Thanks for the inspiration and great location during our stay! It was fun to be a kid again :)

The bed is AMAZING! The space is a little odd at first, but it does work. Having a full kitchen is really helpful!

This was my first Airbnb experience! Shelby's place was perfect and I slept better than I have in LONG time in the very comfy bed! It was very quiet and relaxing. She responded quickly to my reservation and the location was easy to find. I LOVE the swings outside! Thank you!!!

Mrs. Shelby and her husband made their place feel like home for my 2 week stay with them. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had what I needed and offered to help me with my cooking even!! Super nice people and a really comfortable place to stay!

Very clean and easy to find. Shelby and Gary very very friendly and communicative. They live above the apartment if you need anything.

Mary Ellen went above and beyond to accommodate me during my travels. Due to an Airbnb glitch, the original room I booked wasn't available, but because I was traveling through and needing a place to stay, Mary Ellen went out of her way to provide a different room and gracious hospitality, all at the last minute. Her directions were clear, communication timely, and accommodations top-notch. She was flexible with my late arrival and even made me a cup of coffee before I left bright and early to get back on the road! I look forward to staying with Mary Ellen again in the future -- she is truly a wonderful host, and her home is clean, comfortable, and stylish.

Mary Ellen is the best hostess I've ever encountered. She has the nicest room with all the amenities you might need. The room is much larger than I expected and she even put a Christmas tree in my room! Additionally, she is an excellent gourmet chef & for a small fee will share her wonderful meals. I have never had such a pleasant experience at any previous B&B's. Thank you so much for everything!

Mary Ellen was a great host. The room was perfect for our needs, very comfortable and not far from downtown or the university. She even went above and beyond by offering to drive us downtown before a concert so we wouldn’t have to worry about parking or Uber!

Excellent host, beautiful home, clean, bed is wonderful. Mary Ellen is so friendly, warm and thoughtful. And her pets are sweeties. I was able to park my car with a 15 foot trailer in her Circle Drive, and she let my little dogs use her backyard and stay in my room. Southern hospitality shines at Mary Ellen's.

Nathan did a great job. I had to find a place to stay on short notice during the Christmas holidays. Nathan responded quickly to my communications, gladly accommodated my late night arrival, and promptly found me a space heater when my wimpy Florida blood got cold. He provides guests with the entirety of his home's finished, furnished basement. His home is easy to find, clean and comfortable, and near a highway with restaurants (etc.) and quick access to the airport, nearby towns, and the Smokey Mountains. He even gladly welcomed my energetic 70 pound puppy. I would happily stay there again.

Nathan is truly a wonderful host! He is very responsive and goes above and beyond making sure all your needs are met. He even came to kill a spider for me! He has a very sweet family and super cute puppies! Feels like a home away from home. If I didn’t close on my house up the way I would love to stay with Nathan and his family again. I will definitely make sure my family stays with him when they come to visit. The apartment has absolutely everything you could possibly need and is so private. I highly recommend this!

This AirBnB is in a location very convenient to anywhere in Knoxville. The private driveway and easy access to the private entrance was excellent. Scott was quick to respond to our questions. I highly recommend his place.

Place was perfect for my needs. Host was accommodating and helpful with directions to nearest grocery store. Loved this place! Great location near interstate, clean, cozy, nice personal touches with all the "stuff" one needs for a quick layover! Enjoyed the tea bags, used the iron and ironing board, sound machine was nice touch and I thought the bed was amazingly comfortable. Especially appreciated the private entrance and parking area. Marcie’s place is super cute and she went above and beyond to make me feel right at home. It was very clean and had lots of cute decorations! The only thing I would change is the lack of privacy curtains or blinds in the main area but this could just be my fear of the dark! Otherwise, it was perfect and I would love to stay there again if I make it back to Knoxville!

While you’re in part of Marcie’s home, you’ll never see her or her family but. trust that she’ll respond to any communication in seconds via the app. Everything is as advertised. Enjoy!

Even more charming in person. The decor is awesome. The neighborhood is quiet. The bed was heavenly. We wanted for nothing. Would definitely stay here again!

When we walked in, the unit looked just as beautiful as it did in the pictures. Everything was brand new, clean, stylish and thoughtful as to what might be needed. There were two fans in the bedroom which were much needed just because we happen to sleep with two fans at home! Not because the unit did not heat and cool quickly, because it did. We just like fans blowing on us while we sleep. I found that very thoughtful. There was also an Air mattress with a battery pump neatly tucked inside the coffee table in the living room. They had a wonderful assortment of movie channels to choose from including Hulu and the Disney Channel! Marcie was kind enough to elegantly decorate each room for Christmas which made Christmas away from home more special than we could imagine. Special thanks for the help receiving packages delivered to the home!The kitchen was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed. There were even complimentary Keurig coffee cups! I’m glad the bathroom at a hair dryer because we forgot ours! There were tons of clean white towels (great because we use a lot!). After staying for 12 days, we wished we could move in! I think that’s the highest compliment! Oh and they were super nice in terms of responsiveness to anything we needed and I appreciate being referred to a fabulous hairdresser and got a great haircut from her!

Marcie was great! She was super willing to help myself and my partner learn more about Knoxville and to assist us outside of our Airbnb stay. The suite was cozy and perfect for us. And the bed is super comfortable!

This place was great! Cannot complain. It was clean. The mattress is quite firm. It’s a great and affordable spot. We were able to just walk everywhere and most places were under a mile away. Having parking was key as well.

The studio apartment was as big as any nice hotel room , it had everything we needed . The location was perfect , The parking garage was a plus .

Great shampoo, conditioner, & soap provided which is just what we need on our unexpected stop. Highly recommend.

Stayed at Jake's place for the 2020 High School Swimming Championships at UTK. Perfect location and can walk to about everything. Even better was the parking pass that allowed me to park in the garage for the weekend. Easy access in and out and was clean and updated. Would stay again...
