The house is a newly built one-family building, adjacent to National Highway 356 and Tone River, about 15 minutes on foot from Fusa JR station. The house is fully furnished, Wi-Fi for internet access, fully equipped with appliances such as floor heating, air conditioning, washing machine, bathtub, clothes rack, hair dryer, etc. Daily necessities include face towels, bath towels, disposable slippers, and 2 free parking spaces in front of the door. 2 min walk to nearby bakery and family restaurant, newly built large supermarket is extremely convenient, walk 5 minutes to popular ramen shops, drugstores, shopping supermarkets and convenience stores, with a full range of amenities nearby. Special Instructions: 8000 yen will be charged for lost keys. Smoking in the room will incur a fine of 50,000 yen. Early check-in (advance negotiation): 2000 yen/1 hour. Late check-out (advance negotiation): 2000 yen/1 hour.
