It is an old Japanese house. Entire house rental! Free parking on premises! It is also suitable for families, friends, and groups. The nearest station is Kashiwa Station on the JR Joban Line. It is a 10-minute walk to the station. There is a 24-hour convenience store within a 3-minute walk. Vacant houses are a problem in Japan. We want to regenerate vacant houses and make them a base to convey the charm of Kashiwa! With that in mind, we renovated the space to be cozy while preserving the good qualities of the old private house. There is a yuzu tree in the garden, which bears fruit from summer to winter. We named it "Yuzu no Ie" because it is also familiar to everyone in the neighborhood. ~ Floor Description ~ 1st Floor It was originally divided into 4 rooms, but we removed the walls and made it into an open floor of 20 tatami mats or more.
