Independent outbuilding near the beach

The suite is in the back of the main house and overlooks the common garden. It is 50 m. from the beach, 5 minutes from the fair of Rimini and 4 min from the center. It has private entrance, 1 double bedroom, 1 living room with French sofa bed, a table, TV with Sky, kettle, milk boiler, capsule coffee machine, toaster, fridge and freezer. There is no kitchen!! We have a dog, Frida, good and affectionate, so the suite is only suitable for those who love dogs as outdoor space is shared.

Bright and cozy 90 sqm apartment 500 meters from the sea and Viale Dante, equipped with elevator and private garage. It consists of a large living room with balcony, two double bedrooms with terrace and two bathrooms with shower. Furnished and equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher. It has large balconies for dining outdoors. It is recommended especially for families, even small children. Bikes are available; Rimini Airport 5 km away.

The furniture is completely new and has been chosen in great detail: with a shabby-chic style the atmosphere couldn’t be cozier and warmer. The space is ideal for couples but can easily be the perfect place for families as well. Bettina's wonderful Flat 1

I love this apartment! It is in front of the beautiful and effervescent beach of Riccione, and it is composed of two bright bedrooms: one has a standard double-size bed, while the second has a queen size bed. The bathroom has a very big shower, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room is perfect to chill out and to make conversations. Last but not least, there is a liveable and sea-view balcony! The apartment has a private garage. Wi-Fi. Netflix.
