Holiday cottage 35m2, wooden, single-family (up to 5 people) located in a quiet countryside on the sidelines. Good access to the sea - about 10 minutes to the beach (e.g. Pogorzelica, Niechorze, Rewal). Comfortable and comfortably equipped: living room (2), bedroom (2), mezzanine 16 m2 (as an additional bedroom for 2), kitchen, bathroom. Large terrace with roof. Garden furniture, TV, wi-fi, parking. There are only two cottages on the premises. Common recreational area, i.e. playground, hammocks, sandpit. Around the green, peace and quiet.

Beautiful cottage in Benz on Usedom. Perfect place to spend holidays in peace. Benz is 5 km from the Baltic Sea and easy to reach by bike /car or on foot. The cottage is the last in a row of 7 cottages, which is located on the edge of the forest. Fantastic sunrises included. Ein Hide Away im Grünen! Ein kleiner aber feiner Bauwagen auf der kleinen Farm, inmitten der Uckermark. Der Wagen steht auf einem Bauernhof in Dorfrandlage auf 1,3h großem Grundstück. Der Uckersee ist Luftlinie etwa 500m entfernt (Straße länger!) , Prenzlau knapp 2km. Im Haupthaus stehen eine kleine Gästeküche und ein eigenes Duschbad bereit.
