Parking is available... the swimming pool, if I'm not home, is all yours... we can come to an agreement on its use... the bus to the city is just a short distance away... and most importantly, the park, where you can do other activities (table tennis, gym, buffet, barbecue areas, a 5-storey lookout tower, boat trips on the river, an excellent café just a short distance away... but I also like coffee, so it's available in the room or on my terrace...
