Holiday houses in Rusu Bârgăului

We spent the weekend of May 1st there with the family, a total of 8 people. The place was spacious, just enough rooms and beds for all of us. The jacuzzi was a winner in the middle of nature, we really enjoyed it! Nice grilling and outdoor seating /dining area! The house inside was a little cluttered with lots of different decor pieces that created chaos to the eye. One of the toilets was missing the toilet seat.The hosts mom was very responsive,the host's answers were delayed at times so you should always contact the mom vs messaging on Airbnb. We were promised a home baked bread (we would have paid for it,did not expect anything for free) but we never got this even though we had the host's mom there on 2 occasions. She did bring a small basket of muffins and cheese pastry which was nice but this was not what we asked for. It would've been nice for them to let us know beforehand that they weren't baking a bread but we were promised this in chat as well as when we arrived..

The accomodation was clean, modern and the beds were very comfortable. It's a peacefull area and us and our babies slept very well. Ana is a great host, she is very nice and we had a great comunication. I recomand Ana's apartament! 😊

It was a great experience. The place looks exactly like the pictures and is very clean. The area is very quiet and with very beautiful scenery. The host was very responsive and helped us with everything we needed. Thank you for everything and we will definitely come back if we have the chance again.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The space was impeccably clean—spotless, in fact—and the attention to detail made it feel incredibly cozy and peaceful. The highlight of our stay was the chimney, which added such a warm and inviting atmosphere. It kept us perfectly warm, especially on the open second floor, where the heat naturally rose, making it a snug retreat. We enjoyed a quiet and serene evening, sipping on the wine thoughtfully provided by our host, sitting next to the fire, and listening to music for hours. This stay exceeded our expectations in every way. Thank you, for creating such a magical experience. We can’t wait to come back!

The cottage near Lake Colibita is fantastic with an amazing view. The owners are hospitable and the location is perfect for relaxing, Highly recommended!

Everything was top quality! The host was great, very easy to communicate with and with lots of attention to details. She made us feel at home right from the moment we entered the perimeter, was very responsive to our needs and made sure everything was ok. The breakfast we had was amazing and tasted delicious! The house is very clean, well equipped and situated in a quiet area, with a pond in the back and a place to sit and enjoy nature. Little Berkeley the dog is a sweetheart, playful, loves a good scratch and will definitely play with you. All in all, we highly recommend this place and can't wait to come back.
