This beautiful cabin is located in a fantastic location if you are seeking peace and quiet, it is beautifully situated with a beautiful view. The cabin is sheltered from the farm and along the Signaldalselven, where there is a 3 km hiking trail starting from the cabin. Northern lights just outside the cabin. short distance to the high mountain for skiing/ice climbing/peak hikes/hunting and Northern Lights experiences. The area the cabin is in is a famous place for Northern Lights tourists and you can take nice pictures of the northern lights with the Otertinden in the background.

Idahytta is centrally located in Målselv Fjellandsby, with a beautiful panoramic view from the living room towards Istinden. MF is a year-round destination with the possibility of good trips all year round. Good fishing opportunities in the summer, hiking in beautiful autumn weather, ski-in ski-out to beautiful south-facing alpine slopes and fine cross-country trails on the mountain. There is plenty of room for 8 people, with smaller children up to 11 beds, 4 bedrooms, loft, 2 toilets, sauna. Cozy living room with wood-burning stove, fully equipped kitchen.

In addition, there is a spacious loft with sleeping space and 1 bedroom. Sleeps 8 in total. There is a sauna house, jaccuzzi (fee of 1000 NOK), barbecue cabin, fire pit, trampoline summer time, fiber, smart tv, parking, etc. Bed linen and towels can be rented for 150 NOK per person If you want to rent with jaccuzzi and/ or bed linen/ towels, please message me and I will make an offer.

The apartment is located 70 m from the Bardu river, a popular fishing river and with easy access to the river bank. Here in the Arctic north, there is little light pollution and this enables very good northern lights conditions right outside the door.
